Bakersfield Marriott at the Convention Center

Hotel is definitely an older hotel but it was clean and the pick up and drop off service was excellent mostly because we had a late flight at midnight. They don’t offer no coffee in the morning and expect to pay 5.00 for a small cup.

The staff at this property were off the scale. We ate at the hotel for both dinner and breakfast as it was literally too hot to go anywhere else. The food was wonderful. Meeting facilities were warm, too warm but we were advised that the property was operating on a generator. That considered, it is understandable. I had booked two rooms, one for a colleague. My room was comfortable, but hers was quite warm, even after staff made some adjustments. It would have been helpful to know about the issues and to have received a discount of some sort. Again though, I will sing the praises of the staff. Thank you!

The room was clean and comfortable. The amenities were fantastic. The staff was very friendly. The only thing I did not like was that we had an adjacent door to the room next door and we had a non smoking room but the neighbors were smoking and the smell traveled through to our room it woke me up from my sleep. I couldn’t breathe.

We and friends stay at his hotel for a few days and was so wonderful, I really appreciate the staff, very polite people. Thanks a lot and I will continue to stay here in the future 😃😃.
