It was very quiet part of the city and just around 8 mins to the center. It has big space with a nice view from the balcony. Katarina was very professional and responded to queries quickly.

The view of the sea was great! Huge balcony which was great for relaxing! Owners very respectful and friendly.

Apatment is located on the hills of Opatija, which means be prepared for a lot of steps and exercise to get to and from the town/beach without a car

Pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment and huge terras with view of tropical garden and sea. With guidance of the owner by photos it was easy to find the apartment. 10 minute walk down the stone stairway into the center. Well equiped with a beautifull bathroom and comfortable large bed. We were very happy to spend 3 nights and certainly highly recommend Sebalj.

We really liked the terrace of the appartment. The view was beautiful. It is a big apartment and everything you needed was there.

Good positioned in the upper layers of Opatija. Because of its position very quiet. Centre is really close walking however can recommend coming by car. Appartement is big, well equipped and has a beautiful view. Host is very friendly.
