location was great , right at the soho center and across the street from train station it was clean and in good condition, kitchen well equipped and little treats in the bathrooms. owner responsive and acomodating to most of our requests

we were 5 people in need for 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. the 3rd bedroom was extremely small, no way to open the closet because the bed was blocking it, no place to unload the luggage and beds definitely too small for adults. the 2nd bathroom and specifically the shower was also too small for most people in our group to be able to take a shower in it and we are not a XL type people. the AC were mobile AC, and only one bedroom had it, challenging in the heat wave. the kitchen / dining area could not acomodate 5 people for breakfast :( the street is very loud , the windows not blocking the noise - and a lot of homeless people right at the entry. the building lobby smells from p..

Its location was perfect for the shops, theatres and Leicester underground station was a stones throw away. Lift to all floors, apartment very clean and in great condition. Fans in all rooms to keep cool. Beautiful bathrooms. I will definitely book again next time we want to have a theatre weekend!

There is some noise but you are right on Charing Cross, so this is to be expected. It didn’t cause us any issues and we all slept well.

Location. Capacity for 5 pax. Lots of extra towels. Basic cleaning products eg laundry detergent and wash in up liquid were provided, very thoughtful!

Not clean, lots of sticky patches on kitchen floor. Dusty. Main lobby smelt like urine every day, despite providing feedback of same. Often times, the main door was not locked, so don’t feel safe in property.
