Marine Parade Hotel by PLI

Beautiful room, very fresh and modern a great central location and fantastic value for money

No manned reception had a telephone number to call, a bit of waiting about

The view and location and facilities were incredible.

I should’ve booked for longer !!

Nice, clean, great sea view

Nothing.

Good location not far from the shops and the sea ‘Eastbourne Piers.

The property is close to the seaside, which is a lovely location, but unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The property is run-down and would benefit from better maintenance and more attention to cleanliness. It is also near a pub, with a lot of noise at night, making it difficult to relax and get a good night’s sleep. We even found hairs on the bedsheets, which was unpleasant and raised concerns about how thoroughly the accommodation had been cleaned before our arrival. Although being close to the sea was a positive, the condition of the property, the noise and the cleanliness issues let the experience down.
