This stunning and highly upgraded pool home is perfect for three families. It has three cal-king master suites and two children's rooms with full-over-full bunk beds.
Four of the five bedrooms have upgraded carpet. The rest of the home has hardwood laminate flooring and tile throughout. Open-concept kitchen with a dining room and living room. Upgraded kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The dining room has seating for six, with additional seating at the countertop and the living room. Brand new (Apr 2023) sectional sofa with sleeper. A full-size washer and dryer located off of the kitchen. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.
The game room in the garage has Ping pong, air hockey, billiards, and toys. Strollers, high chairs, pack-n-play, and booster seats are available for infants and toddlers. All bedrooms have a 47-inch plasma TV. The main living room has high-speed wireless internet. The rear yard has a beautiful pool, outdoor natural gas BBQ grill, patio set, and additional chairs.
It's a nice short walk to Disneyland and the Disneyland tram. The home has central air and heat. You can watch Disneyland fireworks from the back and front yards.
This house SLEEPS 13 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 13 AT ANYTIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors). $25 per person over 10
Maximum Cars 3. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.
Minimum Stay 3 Nights
No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code
No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply.
Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee. The pool is heated to 82, and Jacuzzi to 102
All major credit cards are accepted.
A refundable $300 security deposit is due at the time of booking.
A signed contract, guest list, and ID are required at booking.

We had an excellent stay at this property and would highly recommend it to families and larger groups visiting the Disneyland area. The home was clean and comfortable. The property is well cared for and thoughtfully prepared for guests.One of the best features was the layout. The three en-suite bedrooms worked perfectly for our large party. The common areas are spacious, giving everyone a comfortable place to gather, relax, share meals, and spend quality time together.The outdoor amenities were a highlight of our stay. We especially appreciated the pool and hot tub. After long days at Disneyland, it was wonderful to return to the house and relax in such a pleasant setting.We also appreciated how clearly the house rules and city regulations were communicated. Expectations were straightforward and easy to follow.For those planning a Disneyland vacation, the property is approximately 1.5 miles from the main gate. While technically walkable, it can feel like a long distance, especially for families with young children or anyone visiting multiple days in a row. Uber and Lyft are affordable, readily available, and a very convenient transportation option.Overall, this home provided a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place for our group to gather and create wonderful memories. We would gladly stay here again.
