This was a wonderful place to stay! Lots of bathrooms, the pool and hot tub were awesome. Close drive to Disneyland, but definitely would not walk there with kids. You can see the fireworks from the backyard.
Anaheim has very strict rules about noise and the amount of people in the house. Totally understandable as this house is in a residential neighborhood. It would have been nice to sit in the hot tub after a long day at Disney. But you have to be in the house by 10pm. If you want less strict rules, you’ll probably have to stay outside of Anaheim’s residential areas.
It was fun to play in the game room and the pool, but we were constantly telling our kids to keep their voices down (which is hard to do when swimming). Very comfortable and fun place to stay with all the things you need!

Only just over a mile walking to/from Disneyland which the kids were able to do pretty easily. Not a lot of traffic when crossing the big street. Quiet neighborhood. Had a problem with the stove that they fixed right away. Could have used more towel hangers in bathrooms was the only negative

We stayed at this property for a week; 2 kiddos and 6 adults. The pool and spa are fantastic, we spent time in the rear yard and enjoyed grilling on our down time. There a several beautiful palm varieties surrounding the spa that offers privacy from neighbours but they could use some professional attention so they have a greater impact. Likewise with a few interior maintenance items. Overall stay was exactly as we anticipated.

Roomy, comfortable, great pool & hot tub, convenient location. Missing a few normal needs, like Kleenex, ziplocs or stuff for leftover food, wipes, etc.
REPEATED emails with pages of instructions & warnings......one page would do, please.

This house was perfect for our stay at Disneyland. They even had a little tree set up inside. Great clean space. Very nice pool and hot tub. We always love the properties from this company. Comfortable beds, plenty of things in the kitchen, pool towels. Everything you need for a lovely stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room, LOTS of hot water which was important to us due to the amount of people who needed to use it, very close to Disneyland, in a very cute neighborhood.

Would give it a 5 star rating except ...Overall, we were pleased with our stay. There were just a couple of little annoyances that brought it down though. We were looking forward to sitting in the spa on a daily basis to replenish and relax our old bones, but the controls on the property weren't working. We finally had to call the property manager on day 3 and he was able to turn it on remotely, but even then it only kicked on for about a half hour and then it shut back off...Very disappointing - it was one of the original selling features of the property for us...Also, they didn't include the key codes for the third room and the garage, and we had to call to get those as well. The garage (game room) was neat, but super annoying because it gets sweltering in there with the heat and there's no way to cool it down because the pool alarms on the doors don't allow them to be open for more than a few seconds. Also, there's no outside pool alarm button on the garage, so you had to set off the alarm every time you went in. It also seems a little silly that you aren't allowed to park on the street. We had two cars and were constantly having to shuffle them back and forth into the narrow driveway. There are timers on the lights in the bathrooms so inevitably, the lights turned off every time you were in the shower...lol.. Other than that, the house was comfortable. They had dishwasher and laundry pods already there which was a nice convenience as well.

This is a very cleanly property. We had a little problem with the alarm system understanding how it worked, but the property manager was very quick to help us out when we called. We had babies, toddlers, and children, and all of them loved the pool. Very spacious. 10/10 recommend.

We had an excellent stay here in this cute home . Accommodations were top notch. Pool and hot tub were welcoming after long days in Disneyland. Had strollers and high chair for our use. I would definitely recommend staying here . Great communication with staff. Doors had alarms , however once you understood the purpose of them , was no problem at all. Book this home you will nit be sorry . We will stay again . Very close to Disneyland. Nice safe neighborhood . Thank you .
Maybe one suggestion garbage can with a lid would be awesome, keurig coffee maker would be great. 😊👍

This was the perfect home for me & my family to bring our children too! We had such a blast in the pool & hot tub! Watched the fireworks at Disneyland right from the pool!

Some things made the stay challenging but these were related to city ordinances that are not in control of the property owner. I did not know of the neighbourhood noise rules and noise curfews prior to booking. Overall the stay was great. Very happy with our choice to book this home.

The location was good since we were going to Disney. The house had a game room, pool and hot tub. But the house had an alarm on every door that had a keypad at the top of the door, which would go off every time you went in, or out. This alarm was as loud as a tornado alarm but in your house. We didn't want to go outside because we didn't want to hear it. I reached out to the management company and asked if they would turn off, but no response.
The house is nice but we will never stay in a place again that has that kind of alarm system.

Our stay was wonderful. The photos accurately depict the house. My suggestion would be to make sure visitors have a clear understanding of how the alarm system works, and that those instructions match with wants in the user guide/binder. Cheers!

House set up well for large family. One master bedroom detached from rest of house nice for sleeping baby. Pool and spa immaculately clean! Loved the very wide variety of flowers in bloom in front and back during our June stay!

This is the perfect house for a family vacation. Three generations (10 of us total). Only house I found with 3 master suites, all with their own bathrooms/showers. Additionally the kids had a bathroom with two showers to share and an additional bathroom off the kitchen area. The heated pool/spa was enjoyed by all of us! I want to give a special shout out to Jeff the property manager while you are in town. We were bothered by the alarms and no bypass going in one of the rooms off the pool; he came over and took care of it immediately! Thank you so much! We will recommend to family and friends, not to mention return again!

The property was very well kept and clean. We had a small issue with a door lock that was taken care of very quickly. The walk to Disneyland was longer than we expected which was a little harder with younger kiddos, but we enjoyed our stay at the property.

We had a great time staying at this home. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. It was close to Disneyland. We did drive to the park but you could walk. The home was clean when we got there. The pool and hot tub were great! We would stay here again.

You either have a choice to stay on Disneyland property or not. I've stayed at the Disney hotels and the two biggest upsides are early-entry to the park and being able to walk to the parks. The biggest downsides are having to pay Disney prices for all your food and limited space to hang out.
This was my family's first time staying off property, and I'd do it again in a heartbeat. Not only is it less expensive to stay in a house, but the cost savings and vareity of food alone (plus the deliciousness of the food that's super close) would tip me over to staying in house. Just check Yelp--great Mexican, Korean, halal kebabs, etc.
Property managers were very responsive, etc. Everything about the house was very comfortable.
5 star review, but I have 2 things to spotlight: (1) everyone was talking about the door alarms, and I was like--how annoying could it be? It's really annoying. Especially the game room one--there should be an outdoor switch for it. (2) the pool is very nice, but it's a bit of a weird shape b/c of the hot tub. -- I know that complaining about the shape of a pool is kind of ridiculous, but I busted my hand on stone of the hot tub while swimming with my kids. Neither of these are "dealbreakers" for me, but enough to mention it.

This house was perfect. It really did accommodate everyone in our family nicely. 3 Master suites with full size bathrooms very hard to find. 2 of the rooms had bunk beds large beds. Bedrooms were a nice size and lots of room and comfortable beds. One of the master suites is detached from the house so at night there was no access to the main house unless we let them in or left back door unlocked over night. A keypad to come in would be nice and secure. The pool and spa did not heat up as stated reached out to the person in charge and never got a response back. Would definitely recommend for large families lots of room. Will definitely be coming back during summer.

3 king suites was perfect for us. Kids slept in the bunk bed rooms. Pool alarm was a pain but reassuring that no children could get out to the pool without someone knowing. Would prefer a fence around the pool rather than the alarm We had a small issue with ants.

The property is in a nice neighborhood. The interior of the house has a good layout. The model of the appliances, (refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, washing machine, and dryer are all up to date and work well.

Only complaint is that the bedding didn't seem to be that clean. There were stains on the sheets and several members of our party started getting bug bites of some sort after sleeping in 2 of the main bedrooms.

We stayed at this home in August due to its proximity to Disneyland and the beach areas.
The house accommodated four adults and four children very easily and was spotless on arrival.
Communication with LaDonna was excellent throughout the entire process and the minor issues we encountered were quickly addressed the first day of the trip.
Kids loved the pool table, tennis table, and pool. I recommend this property to any family who wants to be close to Disney. My only recommendation is that from a price perspective this is on the high end of the spectrum so it would have been nice if there were some staples available like tea, coffee, sugar, etc..
