The unique interior of the property was quite a nice change of usual scenery.
The stairs were too short and difficult to get down, there were no slippers provided, even though the property had wooden floors and there was quite a lot of dust build up on feet - had to wash them everyday. Also, I'm unsure if this is a maltese custom but there were no duvets, only thin bedsheets so it got a bit colder at night because of the nature of the stone in the cave-like interior.
