Location and proximity to the falls

It’s way to expensive and the staff was really unwelcoming and not friendly at all

Breakfast was HOT and delicious and LOTS to choose from.

Location was great.

The hotel was comfortable and clean, staff were pleasant and helpful,

The key thing was the breakfast area was too small for the amount of guests that often arrived at the same time, which made it difficult for the staff to keep the breakfast items stocked, this was not helped by some families who decided to take 3 pots of cereal each rather than just what they required, this is not a criticism of the staff. The only downside of the room only had a shower over bath rather than a walk in shower.

Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr sauber. Die Betten waren ebenfalls sauber und bequem. Kostenloses Parken vor dem Hotel kein Problem. Die Lage zu den Niagarafällen ist super. Frühstück amerikanisch.

Alles sehr unkompliziert, wie man es sich wünschen kann besonders vor waren bei dem alten Wetter, die als Service zur Verfügung gestellten heißen Getränke 😁 Das Hotel liegt fußläufig zu den Niagara fällen.

Soweit alles in Ordnung, das Frühstück war etwas einfacher, die Reinigung der Zimmer hätte besser sein können, war akzeptabel

Close to Niagara Falls, close to restaurants. Modernly equipped, good wifi. Easy to find and park with car. Tasty breakfast

Breakfast was too busy on first day, so got up at 6:am next day! Breakfast host did a wonderful job though!!!

Fair not great

I did not receive H honours discount I told bookings.com and the Hotel didn’t do it. Girl at front was rude and answers 1 word like a robot doesn’t smile

It was close to all the attractions

Beds were not comfortable. Overwhelming strong smell of marijuana. The pool was not working despite telling me the day before it was running.

There was a group that kept knocking all hours of the day on my door and running away. The fire exit door was unhinged by them and kept slamming shut all throughout the day and night. My bathroom toilet got stopped up 2 days in a row and I had to plunge my own toilet. The pool was closed due to renovations and that was the only reason I stayed there - it was not a notice saying it was closed when booking as that would of helped me make better decisions in my stay.

The breakfast was great! There was a self-service waffle iron and the waffle batter they gave makes such nice and airy waffle. Both the blueberry and the non-blueberry batter tasted good. The bathroom was clean and had all the amenities I expected. The room was spacious and comfy. There’s free coffee and tea at the reception, it was thoughtful of them to include a decaf option. Overall, the impression I have is this hotel pays attention to small things that makes you happy. Will recommend!

The breakfast was the best one we had in the last 5 years of traveling. Staff was so helpful. Pool was wonderfully warm. Everything was great I will go there again without a doubt.

Short tempered customers. The man ahead of me was a rear jerk to the lady at the desk and she was being so nice.

Clean and a good breakfast

It was fairly close to the falls. The staff and information desk people were wonderful.

Good location to visit the falls within 15min walking distance. Rooms ok.

Due to the nature of the location and 1-night stay tourists, the hotel appeared a little crowded. E.g. waste bins full of fast-food packages piling up on the premises.Room windows extremely dirty.

Breakfast was good

The room door (from the interior hall way) and frame were tore up....I'll send pics upon request. I felt unsafe. Reported to front desk.

The room was nice and adjoining to my grandkids which was excellent. The breakfast was nice and restocked as needed. Tables were clean. The pool area was OK, but the second night there were no swim towels available to the swimmers to dry off. The parking area was good and safe. Overall, a good experience for me and my family.

No complaints for me or my family.
