The beds were comfy. The pillows a bit soft. The room smelled musty at first but after a day or so it was fine. We asked for a better view as we had a patio but nothing was available.

location was pretty good... walking distance to santa monica pier... civic car park opposite for easy pay-for parking good to have a pool & gym to use would be great to have a bit more of an evening vibe in the bar area though

Breakfast was adequate but not amazing for this hotel... the usual offerings but nothing outstanding. Would be nice to have bottled water provided in the rooms; should really be standard

Santa Monica is an amazing place to stay in LA, about 15 min to the Beach. Nice and comfortable room and facilities.

Super overpriced. Added to the stay, consider +50 USD a day for parking and fees. I was in the 2nd floor and the window view was bad.

The location is walkable distance to Santa Monica Pier. Able to conveniently walk down to the beach in the morning and to many restaurants in downtown Santa Monica.

The price is a little high

O nosso quarto tinha um tamanho muito bom, com a ante sala, que foi ótimo para 4 pessoas. O banheiro também tinha um bom tamanho e era bem confortável. As camas eram bem boas.

A localização é boa, mas a região específica acaba sendo um pouco ruim para andar a pé.

Wonderful location and traditional Hilton hospitality, which you recognise from check-in to a splendid breakfast. very helpful staff, rooms are designed to met a guest needs.

We moved room to a suite with 2 separate areas. Bed and sofa bed. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. Good location. Kids enjoyed the pool. Laundry room was fantastic to have

Initial room 2 beds in one room was very small and not at all what I imagined when we booked it. 4 of us would not have been comfortable there for 5 nights.

I had positive impressions of the hotel's location and modern style. However, there were a few aspects that left me dissatisfied: 1. The price was exorbitant, at $1200 for a two-night stay in what I felt was a small room lacking extra luxurious amenities. 2. The $52 per night parking fee seemed excessive, especially considering that many guests are travelers who are already incurring rental car and insurance costs, not to mention additional city fees. 3. There was an issue with blood-stained bed sheets, although the housekeeping staff promptly addressed it. 4. Regrettably, the breakfast did not meet my expectations in terms of taste and quality. 5. On one occasion, an uncomfortable situation arose when a homeless woman entered the hotel lobby.

There was no free parking lot for the hotel.

We were on the 7th floor. The noise coming through the air vent was ridiculously loud We complained but nothing happened Impossible to sleep Car parking charges were very expensive. Crazy when there was an empty multi story opposite the hotel.

Gym was very small with minimal strength equipment. Only one bench. Weight area very small and gets busy. Pool also fairly small and gets crowded. Doesn’t feel like the cleanest pool. Expensive valet parking though there is a parking structure right opposite which would be cheaper.
