Great staff, great facilities, comfortable beds very close to everything

Staff were awesome! So kind and welcoming. My room was spacious, clean and a super comfy bed and pillows! Buffet breakfast was great! TV was great and loved the pantry/convenience store options in the lobby, super handy

Pretty quiet overall, just found in the mornings on week days that there was like a drum practice of some sort going on close by, think there is a school? It was around 7:30am which isn’t that early but with the time difference that was super early. The gym was okay, needed some new yoga mats and the dumbbells were a bit hard to use due to the shape.

First day at breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. Beds super comfy. Pool was nice.

Second day at breakfast we felt like we weren't welcome there. Room very small and basic and nowhere really to store suitcases. We were charged an additional $117 taxes after we checked out. I queried this and was told that this was correct. I then had to send my original booking.com email confirming that we had already paid the taxes when we booked and we then received an apology that the additional taxes had been deducted in error. The refund will take 7-10 days. I asked for the refund to be issued immediately but was told it will take 7-10 days. Not happy about this at all.
