Location is good, room has good area

My recent check-in experience at Copley quickly turned into a nightmare, thanks to the baffling behavior of the front desk staff, Claudia and Lucas. Not only did they mishandle our reservation, but they also created unnecessary communication barriers and contradictory instructions that left us utterly perplexed. From the outset, Claudia and Lucas insisted that our reservation had been cancelled, despite our presentation of confirmation emails and documentation proving otherwise. Adding insult to injury, they repeatedly attempted to speak with us in Spanish, despite our clear preference for English, further complicating an already frustrating situation. To make matters worse, Lucas inexplicably called me over to show me something on the screen, only to abruptly scold me minutes later, claiming that I was not supposed to be looking at it. This contradictory behavior only added to our confusion and exasperation. Despite our efforts to communicate calmly and resolve the issue, Claudia and Lucas remained dismissive and unhelpful, leaving us stranded and increasingly agitated. After what felt like an eternity of futile attempts to convey our concerns and sort out the reservation, we finally managed to do so. However, the damage to our overall experience had been done, and any anticipation for our stay had been replaced with disappointment and frustration

The room was phenomenal, far exceeding expectations while simultaneously being so incredibly walkable to everything at a relatively cheap price. The staff were really friendly and gave us great pointers on where to go and how to navigate the city, were honest about the pricing of parking vs valet, and had overall great transparency. The room was large and very clean, feeling like a true hotel experience. The pillows were especially comfortable which was a nice surprise

Nothing, everything was great. If I had to nitpick: the water presser was kind of low, and the air/room could feel too still and quiet at times. But that could just be me since I like to have ambient sounds - my partner didn't mind it at all.

Location can't be beat, walking to everything with subway right there, every shopping and restaurant you could want is accessible by foot. Beds are comfy and the decor is hip and cool. There is a fun nightclub in the basement but you don't hear the music from the hotel.

Room is very small when you get a single room and there is no view, just a back alley, which is to be expected for such a low price for that location. Nice to have an option for a single room at a good price since not many hotels have that. Double rooms are larger with good street view, my friends stayed in one of those so I saw it and it was a comfortable size for at least two or more people.

Good location for visiting downtown Boston

Great location, the staff were really friendly and the room was extremely comfortable. It had a mini fridge freezer, with bottled water and toiletries provided. The shower was also really powerful and had effective temperature control. There was also an iron and hairdryer.

I had a little difficulty with the cable in the iron as it retracted, but that was probably more me than the iron.
