The accommodation was wonderful, really clean and very well located. We had lots of fun in all the swimming pools. We will definitely consider it again in case we visit Orlando.
I think there are some costs that I would say are abusive:
1. Parking cost of $30/day
2. Delivery cost of $10/packet (yes, per packet) [This was not informed at check-in; you realise it when you go to get the packet. Also, there is no option to meet or be warned by the hotel to receive the packets yourself]

It was a beautiful property and the room was large and very homey!
We don’t have a complaint.

Excellent location. Spacious suites. Washer/dryer in room.
Housekeeping wasn’t great. Found a cheerio on the ground from previous occupants.

I have stayed here a few times, I do love the hotel but this time wasn’t the same as normal
Our door had been kicked in, and safe damaged from guest prior to our stay
When we asked to move room, as we didn’t feel safe we where left waiting for a long period of time
The door didn’t lock properly and we had no where to put our valuables so could not leave the room until the engineer came out
