Ruime kamer met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Goed uitgeruste keuken.
We konden ook na het uit checken van de faciliteiten (zwembad, omkleed ruimten, midgetgolf golf enz) gebruik blijven maken (onze vlucht was pas ‘s avonds).

We had a family suite and it was beautiful, clean and spacious. Facilities were amazing - two pools with things for the kids to play with, including a fun slide, table tennis, a fire pit, great gym and loads of activities!

It was a lot of fun for the family
Lots of unauthorized charges which they did find out was from the party in our room before us. Lots still charged to my card so waiting to see what actually comes off and what doesn’t. Just frustrating to have to deal with.

Everything about this property is outstanding. The facilities are clean and well kept, updated. The villas are in great shape, and the staff is outstanding.

Clean and comfortable room
Checkout was 10 AM. We asked for a late check out and all they would give us was 11 AM. We arrived at the facility the night before at 1 AM and wanted to sleep in a little. 10 AM checkout is too early and a little flexibility to let us stay till noon would’ve been nice.

Cama muito boa. Espaço bom dos quartos e demais dependencias.
Eles não limpavam o quarto todos os dias, dia sim dia não. A única coisa que não gostei.

Exceptional as always! Friendly staff, fun activies, and pure comfortableness. The discount on drinks when it was raining was a huge plus!
The only thing I don't like is the timeshare speech everytime we check in before getting our parking pass.

Excellent location particularly for the theme parks. Staff in the bar/restaurant a credit to the resort. Love the two pools and the availability of buoyancy vests a nice touch. Also managed to catch a reptile show one of the days and my kids haven’t stopped talking about it - a real highlight of the trip.
Front desk staff could do better - had an issue with maintenance/cleaning which could have been dealt with better.Resort is advertised as non smoking however our experience suggests otherwise. Towels not as readily available as before which is attributed to sustainable approach- no issue with that but should I could still be there now and using the same 2 towels I got on day 1 as these were not changed in line with regular room clean/tidy.
