Location was amazing, right across from Waikiki beach.

The pillows were so soft, may as well didn’t have one. The fixed shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc that were on the wall were all empty. The reception was very slow, 20 minutes to get a toilet key - not practical

Central to everything. The view from our room. Gym was great.

Little noisy late at night.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The amenities were great.

Too noisy in the evenings and night. The walls and glass doors of the balcony were not very sound proof.

Abbiamo scelto questa struttura per una tappa del nostro viaggio di nozze e siamo rimasti più che soddisfatti. Sapevano che era la nostra honeymoon e ci hanno fatto una sorpresa facendoci trovare alcune delizie tipiche hawaiane in camera. Struttura molto bella situata in posizione strategica a Waikiki. Vista dalla camera spettacolare. Ottimo il servizio della piscina gratuito con possibilità di ordinare un drink dal bar. Noi abbiamo preso una buonissima Pina colada (cara ma in linea con i prezzi della zona). Possibilità di self parking presso la struttura per 48 dollari al giorno.

Amazing room, from the size to the most coveted Waikiki beach view and the availability of the pull away bed was readily available as a prior request.

The safety box didn’t work, unable to unlock after putting in the code. Decided not to use it for entire stay. We had the impression that the toilet wasn’t flushing correctly on our 3rd night but was told it was after waiting for housekeeping to check. Both incidents’ response time could be improved.

Property was well kept and clean. Facilities were up to date.Staff was very friendly and helpful. Aquarium was a nice touch.

Double charged me &nits been weeks still unresolved. Bad customer service, no one ever answered at the front desk or was avail to help- not worth paying that much

- Toilet was leaking, puddles of water every time the toilet was used. reported several times, each time someone just cleaned the puddles rather than fixing the issue. - Room smelled damp. hallways also smelt damp. - Reception staff lacked enthusiasm, always long waits any time you wanted to check in / check out or ask a question - Limited sun beds round the pool. - over priced for the service

Restaurant (Makana Lani) with impolite staff and services) And private events which didn't allow us to use all facilities like restaurant and pools all weekend.

only stayed one night great location and recieved a free upgrade to the penthouse suite

Staff went above and beyond to get us in to our room early. It was appreciated. The hotel is in a great location and right near the beach.

ocean view room looked out to nothing. you can only see the ocean did you go out on the balcony. also the bathroom door didn’t close.

The staff went out of their way to help us. They even walked us all the way through. The beds and pillows were so comfortable and the hotel is spotlessly clean. The hotel is in a convenient location and easy walking access.

Close to the beach

The carpet was dirty and felt dirty under my feet. It didn’t seem like the carpet was ever cleaned. I also had to pay for parking when I’m kamaaina with a valid ID. According to the front desk, it wasn’t enough to prove that I live here.

We loved the outdoor bar area at night time. Fantastic gym facilities. Central location.

only 4 lifts servicing 39 floors. long wait times.

Breakfast was good. However, when I booked the hotel it said breakfast included… but it was just continental breakfast for 2 per day (there was 4 of us) So I was surprised we didn’t get the full breakfast for 4 of us.
