the payment transaction was a day delay and suffered the exchange rate impact

The staff were very helpful and gave us the best room they had with a fantastic view.

Excellent amenities and clean rooms, sauna, steam room and pool.

Not much, if nitpicking I’d say the steam room takes awhile to heat up and reach a nice steamy temp.

Nikko SF is guarantee of good quality

Clean, great quiet rooms with comfy beds. Staff was extremely friendly, and helpful.

Checkin was friendly and efficient. The room, though not large, was clean, large bed, and nice furniture. Very good view of bay and San Francisco, just don’t look down. The gym was excellent, large, well equipped with both machines, smith machine, cables and lots of free weights. The pool area is nice, perhaps too shallow for a decent swim but a good space. Unfortunately even though they have designated adult only hours PEOPLE do not read. Better signage could help this. Breakfast buffet is fantastic, huge variety, quality and the waffles are fresh as if just cooked.

Very clean, modern, and beautifully decorated. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The indoor pool and spa are an absolute bonus in an affordable downtown hotel. They even have an outdoor terrace with sitting and fire pits overlooking the city. It is also conveniently located and close to many great restaurants.
