Parking lot was under repair. Very noisy all day. If you left the complex, finding a spot in the lot was very difficult.

Vacasa, the problem is not the rental, the problem is the rental company that manages the property, I was left outside the apartment for 3 hours until Vacasa answer the phone, this is the 3rd reservation I’ve booked with them with the same bad experience, the apartment had no toilet paper and the comforter stink

Location to the beaches and Coconut Marketplace was excellent.

We rented three units and unfortunately one of the units (305) may have had bedbugs. We think they may have been in the pull out sofa where our grandchildren were sleepimg each night. At 1st we thought the bites might have been mosquitoes but they got worse over time especially on their faces. I called the property management company Vacasa and they told me that they would let the local property managers know. However, I never heard back from anyone about a follow up to my complaint.

What didn’t you like I didn’t like the noise I didn’t like the fact that the people upstairs were extremely noisy. It was not a relaxing vacation.

Not feeling very secure,, being so near the ground that almost anyone could have access to the condo from the patio area, so we had to close up and lock even before going to bed. The security bars etc were a bit old fashioned and took time to use. The decapitated rusty tin roof in our view of the beach took away from the beautiful view.. The highway noise next to us during the day, not too bad though. No AC in living room, fans did help Old patio furniture Slow, kinda old fashion TV connections with inadequate instructions. Parking spots are too tight others can hit your car by their doors and they did. Carpeting was nice. But wood floor or tile would have been more sanitary for this day and age.
