The staff was very helpful and friendly.
The room carpet needed cleaning or vacuum.

Close to Sea World, pet friendly, the family suite had a large separate room, and comfortable king size bed.
The sofa bed was uncomfortable for the kids, springs were poking out and the sofa cushions could use a cleaning.

Booking.com was misleading with the room. Room was not clean, mattress was terribly uncomfortable, caused me back pain

The breakfast was wonderful. Lots of options both cold and warm. The location was very close to Sea World. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly.

The bed was horrible. Old and uncomfortable. Couldn’t sleep during the stay. We left and room wasn’t cleaned. Sheets weren’t changed, we only had 2 towels, room was not vacuumed, restroom was not cleaned or mopped. Basically just towels were left and beds semi done. We had to take out the trash.

Staff was super friendly and the pool was nice and clean.
Our room and my sister in law's room were very dirty. There was blood on the door, stains on the linens and comforter, and hair in the bathtub. There looked like fecal matter smeared on the inside of the elevator door. Our room had tons of fleas! I realize it's a pet friendly hotel but fleas were jumping all over us.

I was surprised that the room did not have an iron, hair dryer and phone.
The pillows need to be change they are very old.

Good variety of selections
I thought I was choosing LaQuinta I Stayed in last yet, but it wasn’t. Service and hotel was great anyway. We were 25-30 minutes from our activities.

There is not enough parking and spaces are tight for trucks.

Not sure if this is standard at this location but reservation for king suite room was put in a handicap room on 1st floor.

did not seem particularly safe. front desk staff never around. felt as if anyone could walk in and no one paid attention. as a solo traveler, it did not feel safe.

need to vary breakfast menu and add bananas to breakfast bar most kids eat banana for breakfast instead of orange or apples

I like everything it was a very nice hotel. A lot of places to eat close by even a theater. Everything was clean in the hotel. Nice staff members. Big room a lot of space.
The only thing I didn't like was the sofa bed it's mattress was so thin I could feel the metal of the sofa. Other than that everything was great.

It was very convenient and close to la cantera and the Rim. Everyone was very friendly and the room was clean.
All the room lights were very bright. Would have liked 1 dim light.

First, the employee from the reception last night was very nice and friendly, we dont find too often receptionist like them, the lady in the morning was also very nice and awesome customer service. I loved the bed, so fresh and clean, soft.
