Location was good.
Breakfast was ok and too many ppl.

It’s location and relative nearest to the airport and the shuttle  and free parking 
One of our lights could not turn off, and we had to unscrew the lightbulb. Our remote didn’t work, and we had to unplug the television. 
The receptionist took a phone call while holding my drivers license and made me wait for her to finish her call before checking in

Waiting time for shuttle. Poor internet (inconsistent), and not convenient plugs near bed to plug in phones and laptops.

The rooms were clean, the breakfast was good.
Had to wait over an hour for the shuttle to pick us up from The airport. Taking an Uber would have been faster.

We ask for 2 more pillows, so after 2 hours walked up to front desk and she gave them to me.Ask if we could split the bill in half for me and my friend said no!!!!!

Ran out of waffle batter. Only one waffle maker. Long wait to use it.
Waited until 8 o’clock for our room to be ready. Lobby was crowded with other waiting guests. Housekeeping issue was reason given. Staff not apologetic.
