The hotel smelled like weed. We also had no towels or bed sheets/blankets. It was not very clean

When I arrived my room smelled of cigarettes and all the days that I stay in there.

Location

First room we were in, we sat in for 3 hours with a broken AC and the room being EXTREMELY hot. Moved to a new room, husband goes to take a shower and there is zero soap. I have to go get from the front desk. We get home from dinner and I notice there are zero blankets on the bed, go to call the front desk and there isn’t a cord on the phone to even get a dial tone. Walk to the front to be told they don’t have any blankets but have sheets. So my child, my husband, and 70 year old mother and I had to all sleep with thin sheets and were cold all nigbht.

The rioms were big. It was nice to having a comfortable and clean room. We loved it.

There was nothing to dislike. Truthfully everything was great. It was close by Disney.

The blankets on the beds were too thin and the towels looked yellow and old. No waffles for breakfast.

The furniture and layout of the room and kitchenette are good.

the rooms have a full kitchen which is great and a laundromat . the staff were also very friendly and helpful

the corridors all smell of old food as no windows open and the whole place looks very tired and old

Breakfast was very good. Location was great close to parks. Good value for the money

Bathroom needs updating.
