Comfortable beds.

The elevators! Only two were running and the wait was too long. Reception counter… it soo basic and old! Door lock didn’t work so had to go back to the reception.

It was an exceptional stay! I know yall probably get a lot of special requests and that is probably hard to accommodate everyone and yet, someone yall still did accommodate us and seemed genuinely happy to do it! We asked if we could check in early and the staff didn’t seemed bothered at all by the request and then even asked if we could have a late check out. We were able to get 30 extra minutes in the hotel. Really great customer service! We loved the way the staff treated us and spoke to us!

How close it is to a lot of locations I needed to go to

When I stayed they only gave 1 working elevator 1 out of 3. A lot of other people including myself had a lot of issues with that.

The location and proximity to everything is cool.

No USB charging stations in the room, refrigerator overly filled for hotel profit and no room for personal things, the staff was not friendly at all, the valet completely overlooked us and we waited for about 25 minutes while they assisted people after we were standing there, the headboard in our room was scratched up and broken and clearly damaged and the air in the room was struggling and it was hotter than it should have been no one came to clean the room until we complained
