Breakfast was best part of stay!

We had to wait for 20 minutes or so to see an employee just to check in.

My one complaint is the heavy darkening curtains didn’t close to cover the window. The light from the parking lot was shining in the room. Thankfully I carry a couple of clothes pins and they were able to keep the curtains pulled over and closed

The staff was friendly and it was a good location.

The rooms felt damp… especially the carpet. The bathrooms were not very clean and needed repair. The sliding door lock didn’t work, but there was a bar that dropped down to secure it.

The staff were very pleasant and kind.

The first morning the food was cold. The lock on the sliding glass door was broken.

The ac was good and clean sheets, but the outlets wouldn't hold a cellphone charger...I'm in a wheelchair and the fridge was unplugged so I couldn't climb under the desk to plug it in. The room was supposed to be a king size but the gave us two queen.

The king size room I was told I'd have, the bed I could use with my medical lift because the queen bed wasn't accessible.

Great staff! Room was in better condition (carpet newer, etc.) than the Fairfield Marriott we stayed at in Hutchinson KS. Hot and cold complimentary breakfast was tasty and had several options.

The price was good. Parking was convenient

Breakfast was horrible. Everything was plastic, artificial, no real milk, no half and half etc. Not much of a choice at all. Coffee was just out of a machine. Everything looked really cheap and unhealthy. A middle aged man (who never even said hello to me though I kept trying to look at them to just say hello) with a large belly was talking to his teen aged son about guns and military equipment which was featured on the television in the breakfast "room". There was a large light just outside my window, on all night for safety (good) in this somewhat seedy neighborhood. But there was no light shielding curtain to pull so my room was lit up all night as much as the parking lot was. My room was non smoking but everything in the whole place smelled like cigarette smoke, including the people smoking at the hotel entrance and coming and going in and out of patio doors. Staff was too wrapped up in their own conversations or sitting with a surly face at the desk (if even there) to be friendly. I couldn't wait to leave in the morning and get out of there. Never, never stay here!
