Very poor quality food.

Better quality food for breakfast.

Everything. The general manager Was  super nice.

Staff was pleasant and helpful Safe neighborhood.

The bathroom appeared to have black mold by the tub. It didn’t seem very clean overall. There were 3 decaf coffee pods and only one regular.

Location was convenient

Sheets and comforter were stained. Front desk did exchange those. Our room was located next to the supply closet and kitchen and employees were in there making lots of noise all hours of the night. Then there must have been some repairs or renovations going on upstairs because at 5 in the morning we started hearing hammering and stomping. Was not a restful weekend unfortunately

The most appreciated staff member was our check in gentleman. He was very accommodating to we 3 elderly ladies. We were exhausted upon arriving a couple hours later than planned as well as having great difficulty (40 min.!) finding the hotel location in the dark. We had requested help with getting our baggage to our room and he did so happily. He absolutely refused our money to pay him. We have limited walking ability and he graciously got our ice for us. He should be commended by your company.

In the morning we called to request assistance to help us with our baggage. The staff member indicated that they "don't have anyone to do that". He did agree to at least bring a cart up to our room for us. Both staff members would have been given a $15.00 tip from us although our check in gentleman refused it. As far as the room goes, we did have to call to get the refrigerator working and there was no small freezer at all to refreeze our ice packs for travel days. A suggestion would be to have a comfortable upholstered chair in the corner rather than the rock hard uncomfortable one that was in Rm. 238. The beds were very comfortable although VERY hard to get into due to being so high. Location of hotel to I-65 was great although we had great difficulty with finding it's location at night.

The room was big and it was very quiet and the bed was comfy and the breakfast was really good and the coffee was great.

Luke at check in was very helpful and patient with me as I had made my reservation under my maiden name but gave him my married name to check in.

The shower either needed to be painted or had mold in it...I honestly didn't want to get too close to look. The carpet and baseboard in corner of the room were left un finished exposing bare concrete.
