Perfect location for my visit. Awesome room layout with beautiful view and amenities

Maintenance could not fix the shower so we only had one bathroom to shower for the whole family. Very inconvenient and unaccommodating for a 4 day stay.

We really enjoyed the location and oceanview, while staying at the resort. We enjoyed sitting on patio/balcony and taking walks at the beach. Next time, we will get in the pool. Also, the bedroom and living/kitchen area was tidy-- no issues/concerns. We hope to return to Beach Cove Resort---soon!

The overall facility was nice. The check in and check out procedure was easy. The room was a good size and had a nice view. Parking was adequate and easily accessible. Although I did not use the outdoor pools, they were of nice size and were heated.

Furnishings in the room were dated. Linens were average to fair quality (thin sheets, thin & small bath towels). I booked at Beach Cove Resort over other communities based on: Indoor Pool & Hot Tub; On-Site Restaurant & Arcade. I paid more for Beach Cove than I would have at other communities because of these features. I was disappointed the indoor pool & hot tub were closed for maintenance/ remodeling. The on-site restaurant & arcade were also closed while I was there. (Spring hours Thurs - Sun and I was there Mon-Thurs). I do understand maintenance was needed on the indoor pool and I do understand spring hours on the amenities. However, had I known this beforehand, I would have booked elsewhere for a lower price.

Everything was amazing. Especially the staff and Miss Aimee!!!

Elevator broke Fire alarm went off on the building at two in the morning Was staying on the fifth floor Up and down the stairs for two days Wasn’t pleasant to have to check out of the room this way

I asked housekeeping for clean towels and they said no to go to front desk.
