Location is excellent .very close to the airport.

Lighting in the room.was very dim .

Staff was friendly, beds comfortable

Rooms need updating, seems dirty at first but items are stained from over use. Example glue harden on counter appears like oil stain but clearly won’t wipe off.

Donavon at the front desk was amazing.

I miss the old hotel days when you didn't have to request to have your room cleaned.

The room was very large and spacious and very clean. The bathroom was very nice and roomy.

The hotel was completely understaffed which left the workers totally helpless and very unknowledgeable. Upon arrival, we called repeatedly for the provided shuttle from the airport, and got no answer from the hotel, service line, and no help from h2 1800 line either. We had to get a taxi to the hotel when promised a shuttle. We arrived early around 1pm fully aware that our room might not be ready and that was ok, the front desk clerk was kind and held our luggage for us until our room would be ready, somewhere around 3pm. We ran errands, did shopping, even mani Pedi, return to hotel at 5:30pm, and can you guess? That's right, room still not ready. I contribute to the lack of staffing and the front desk being over utilized. The gentleman clerk even left the front desk and helped bring our bags to our room. Very nice gesture but should not have been forced to happen. I thank him sincerely. Our stay was pleasant and brief and with a little more organization and training for staff, it would have been a good stay.

Service, location, breakfast were amazing!

The carpet floor in the room was dirty as hell. I wore socks and they became dirty. I think that you need to wash and dry it.

The cost, but it was Fort Lauderdale beach, near a cruise port, so the cost makes sense🤷🏻‍♀️

Most of the staff was friendly. There were a couple of staff members with ear buds in that did not speak when spoken to. One gentleman did not speak either time, he seemed inconvenienced

The facility and amenities as well as the location are awesome but the staff that I encountered leaves much to be desired.

I was greeted by staff with misinformation. When I booked the hotel I was given a total of what I would have to pay at the property and I was informed of a $50 damage deposit. That was fine. Once I arrived for check-in with my family I was informed that the room.i booked wasn't available and that the $50 deposit is per day. I explained that's not what was stipulated on the website when I booked. Furthermore it makes no sense to charge me a new deposit every day why not say a set rate and let the customers decide if it's within their budget. The front desk clerk called her supervisor from the back who came out, ready for a fight, which wasn't necessary and highly unprofessional unpleasant and unproductive. The supervisor then said that I was misled by the website booking.com who she described as a 3rd party site that does not work for the hotel property and while the site said one thing it's not the hotel's policy. She basically said we've already charged you for the first night, so can either pay the difference or make other arrangements elsewhere, which I did. I checked out the following morning. The level of carelessness toward me and my family, one of which was a handicap senior citizen, was disheartening and disappointing especially in the hospitality industry. I am still waiting for my $50 deposit to be refunded to my account from the 15th October 2022. I am disgusted by the treatment we received at this Home2 property.
