The worst service I have ever seen from a hotel staff in my entire life. They don't perform their duties properly, they don't cooperate with the guests. The bed is broken. The shower is not clean and old appliances. Bad breakfast

Breakfast is ordinary to say the least. The lobby is unclean with no facilities and no staff at times. The rooms were not provided as booked. Lights flick and turn on and off in the middle of the night.

wrong booking we had to switch room because of lack of coordination, we kept asking about extra pillows and blanket for more that three days, the excuse is that the hotel is fully booked

The staff were rude and the room was filthy. While I understand that an ageing property can look shabby and sometime this can lead to a certain kind of charm. There was noting charming about this place.Deliberate neglect and laziness on both the part of the owners and the people who work there makes the place a big mistake to stay there. Having arrived without a suitcase lost by the airline. I had to wait some considerable time and finally negotiated that they would send a driver to deliver same with a warning that he should deliver it in person directly to my room. He arrived to reception after leaving his ID he delivered my suitcase. at the same time I was informed by reception that a I would have to pay €30 to the receptionist and only cash was acceptable. ( I did not agree) Prior to this I asked that a bed be removed from the room as I booked a double room and then aggressively informed that it would remain . It took up the whole centre of the room and one have to navigate it to get to the bathroom. The room was filthy the bathroom smell took some time to understand where the smell emanated from. It turned out from the sink which had a stopper firmly stuck in an open position. If one could stand the smell then you were further assaulted by the trundling grill which one would imagine should suck air from a windowless bathroom but in this case delivered air from the room below. Please do not use the adjective good when offering breakfast. and preferable don't offer it at all. Stale bread carrots as hard as a piece of stone sure excavated on an archeological dig on the banks of the Bosporus cold coffee days old does not constitute good in any language or breakfast for that matter.The most upsetting part of the stay was in fact the feeling of extortion €30 for a visitor. I would be ashamed to invite anyone to that room. My concern is that this Place and I have to refer to it as such because to use the word hotel would be misleading and dishonest.
