Breakers Bed and Breakfast

Nothing could have improved it!

Loved everything, we couldn’t fault a thing. Exceptional B&B. Lovely building. Spotlessly clean, great location, hosts were friendly and welcoming. Delicious breakfasts, I had the vegetarian breakfast which was very tasty, but there were many other options; the pouched eggs were cooked to perfection 👌. Bowls of fresh berries and mixed fruit were available. Hosts were happy to top up beverages and supply more toast etc. Our room was specious with great views. We booked a room with a balcony and luckily the weather was spectacular so we made the most of it. It’s in a lovely location, right across from a park and with amazing sea views. The bus stop to Hastings and Brighton is literally outside so very handy if you decide you want to see more of the coast without driving. Would definitely recommend this property and will hopefully stay here again should we ever we return to Eastbourne.

Nothing

Mark greeted us on arrival and helped us with our luggage. Made us feel welcome. The B&B was well maintained and very clean. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The view from our room, which had a balcony was very nice and overlooked the sea. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of choice. Served by Mark with a smile and a chat. Would definitely stay again, wish we had booked longer.

There was no on site parking, which we knew before we went. But free on street parking was available just up the road and on the side roads. So not a problem.
