Had a great stay. Centrally located in downtown, only a few blocks to all the shops and restaurants. Good size apartment for families.

Loved the location. The building is showing its age but well maintained. Spare bed was coming apart but we fixed it temporarily. Host was first rate as were the check in folks. Would not hesitate to book next Vancouver stay

Beautiful condo in great location
We spent a month here as a family of 4. It was a fabulous location, which meant we hardly ever used our car (except for longer adventures). The views are fabulous and the condo is big, well appointed and luxurious. The property manager was incredibly quick to reply and act if we got in contact. The only issue was getting used to squeezing our large SUV into the small car parks - but that’s condo living, and we avoided any scrapes!!

It is centrally located to business, downtown, and shopping, and close by for lovely walks along the Seawall, to Stanley Park.
It is scrupulously clean, and well fitted out.
It has all the amenities provided, anyone would require.
Andrea, (the owner) and Joanne, (the Property Manager) are easily accessible, friendly, and very helpful.
We would, without hesitation, recommend this condo as being a first class ‘home away from home’!!

We had an exceptionally lovely stay in this condo. The views from the 28th floor were wonderful, the condo contains everything you need for a super comfortable stay - 2 large king beds (super king in UK), 2 bathrooms and a great open plan kitchen and sitting/dining areas. The kids even had their own tv room in the den. It was very clean, modern and communication with management was excellent. We used the gym and pool in the building frequently and were almost always the only ones using them. Starbucks, restaurants, pharmacy and all the shops you need are just down the street. Loved everything about it and will be going back!

Exceptional condo
We had an exceptionally lovely stay in this condo. The views from the 28th floor were wonderful, the condo contains everything you need for a super comfortable stay - 2 large king beds (super king in UK), 2 bathrooms and a great open plan kitchen and sitting/dining areas. The kids even had their own tv room in the den. It was very clean, modern and communication with management was excellent. We used the gym and pool in the building frequently and were almost always the only ones using them. Starbucks, restaurants, pharmacy and all the shops you need are just down the street. Loved everything about it and will be going back!

We have stayed in many different places, but there would have to be only 2 or 3 places that we could say that they were perfect. We stayed in this apartment for just over 1 month. It was relatively quiet for being so close to the centre. We walked everywhere - for the shopping, to Stanley Park, to the City Library, to China Town, though the public transport was just half a block away when we did need to use it. We have 2 boys (aged 6 & 8) and being a spacious apartment, it was roomy enough for everyone to do something on the rainy days. It was impeccably clean when we entered and the view from the windows was sensational. A funny aspect was the 9pm cannon, which we used as the bedtime call for the boys. Having come from Argentina, it took us a while to adjust to the long day light hours and so the cannon was very useful - and the boys loved waiting and watching for it with the binoculars! The kitchen was stocked with goodies, excellent equipment for every need, plus all kinds of plastic bags, the bathrooms had a huge supply of towels, paper, creams and shampoos and backup supplies in the store room - with extra blankets.....more towels, paper. But by far the biggest bonus of this apartment was the POOL and hot tub downstairs. During the daytime hardly anyone used it - absolutely fantastic and warm. We swam almost every day!! Thank you, we really enjoyed this place and would highly recommend it for a family or for couples. A very well thought out apartment. Oh! Two more things, the internet speed was great and the free local calls from the two phones in the apartment was also a huge plus!! Cheers, Virginia

We were able to book a week at this apartment last minute as they had an opening. Great location with view of the harbor and got to watch the float planes take off and land. Apartment was clean and well appointed as advertised. Nice quite street but a short walk many nice areas with bars and restaurants and shopping. Overall would highly recommend that apartment and the area! Owners were easy to deal with and arrival went just as planned with no hitches.

Brilliant Vancouver Base
We (family of 4) enjoyed a week in Vancouver in August and this apartment was simply perfect. The views across the bay are fantastic, but equally the apartment itself more than lives up to its billing, modern, spotlessly clean and very well furnished. How many times have you turned up at a holiday rental to find a nice property blighted by cheap fixtures, fittings and utensils? Not here - everything is high end and new, from the corkscrew right through to the dishwasher.
The location is great for a family - equidistant from Stanley Park (a 15 minute walk via Wholefoods) and the main tourist/bar/restaurant drags in the other direction, but in a very safe and quiet neighbourhood in Coal Harbour with good facilities all around.
You could pay pretty much the same amount for a family room in a good hotel for the week and have your beds made for you every day, or enjoy spectacular views, kick about in 2 beds and a den, lounge, kitchen, 2 baths etc. It's not much of a choice really!
Highly recommended, as you can tell.

The condo was immaculately clean, well equipped, safe, quiet and comfortable. There is garage parking for two cars but since it's walking distance to everything, we didn't need a car. The location cannot be beat. Walk down Bute about three blocks to the water and there's a great bar there. Even though our flight was delayed and we didn't arrive until 10:30 p.m, getting the key from the caretaker was a breeze. The listing is an accurate representation except it probably doesn't do the view justice. We were lucky enough to rent for four days even though the listing said two week minimum. I recommend it highly and hope to go back some time soon. Vancouver is a great walking town, and this is a great place to call home while you're there; have fun!
