The two spacious bedrooms were excellent, with everything you could need provided such as extra pillows and blankets, very comfy nights sleep also. The lounge areas with the Tv was great too with a comfy and spacious sofa. The kitchen had great amenities and we were provided with food and wine for the first night. The balcony was absolutely perfect, very large and spacious with parts shaded and parts exposed to the sun, and the views were also stunning. Couldn’t have been better.

Ivana and Neno's apartment is a lovely place for a group of friends with an amazing terrace where you can chill, enjoy the sun, and socialize with friends. The place is superclean and comfortable with all the amenities that you may need. We would definitely come back, and we strongly recommend it to everyone. 👌

Although the terrace begs for a party with friends, the apartment is in the quiet part of Split, and the neighbours are not thrilled with loud music.

The host was amazing. We didn't arrive until the early hours of the morning but the host made it very easy for us to access the keys and left some supplies in the fridge so we could have juice and a sandwich on arrival. The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped, I would certainly book it again. The balcony was an added bonus and a lovely area to sit with a pre dinner glass of wine. We enjoy walking so this was a great location for us to explore Split from. Only a 10-15 min walk to the old town.

I really struggle to find fault with this apartment. The only negatives could be that the furnishings are a little dated but this didn't bother us in the slightest.

Very nice and helpful hostess Iwana, best regards :). We recommend this place to stay for both families and couples. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals. The terrace with shower is unique - such an additional addition, we have seen such a solution for the first time and a beautiful view of the sea and the terrace is really big.

The lack of an elevator on the 3rd floor is challenging but helps in daily training. It would be a nice convenience.

Really beautiful appartment, well equipped and clean. Not too far from the city and the beach and in a quiet area.
