Everything else. Great appartment. Superb views over harbour to Mounts Bay. Well equipped kitchenette. Tea, coffee , biscuits and milk welcomed us. Wifi..best in main bedroom. Great place to People watch from. 2 mins from Prom, restaurants and pubs one direction. 4 mins from town shops , station and more pubs the other way. Near to Battery Rocks where you can jump off into the water, locals spot. Near the Lido if you dont want to be so adventurous. Just a lovely place to be. Highly recommend the Sail loft lookout.

Noisey early morning due to the loading up of Scilly Isles commercial ferry, and main road Bring earplugs and close windows.

Needs a little updating several pieces of equipment need replacing. The location is great, but be prepared for heavy, noisy traffic. The wifi was very patchy. The restaurant staff play very loud music during the day.

Gorgeous apartment in the heart of Penzance looking over the beautiful harbour. Very good place to stay for a family holiday. The apartment has a lovely clean open plan kitchen living room ideal for family to eat and relax. The bedrooms are beautiful and with new beds. Both bathrooms are clean with showers and one had a bath too. The owner is accommodating and very happy to help with any queries.

Sofa bed in living room is uncomfortable could do with a new one but apart from this the apartment was fab.
