The place looks a bit run down but the staff are lovely and very helpful. The beds are really comfortable and it was so nice to be able to have a quick swim. I have recommended it to friends and will go again when I'm next in the area. Very good value for money.

The stuff was really friendly and nice. Got us a dinner table in one minute even though it was full of people. Recommended the best dessert, too.

Location and facilities. The area isn't the nicest and there is the street right next to it. Everything is heard, also sounds from other rooms.

The staff was friendly and the food in the restaurant was good. There are parking spaces right at the hotel.

The hotel smelled a bit damp and is a bit run down. Since it is right at the highway it is also quite noisy.

Despite a great discription on booking.com, the actual hotel was tired and not the cleanest. The staff didn't seem to enjoy their work and that showed in the service. There was no facility for an evening meal and breakfast was limited to say the least. Yes there is an outdoor swimming pool but the pictures make it look substantialy larger than it actually is.

Very friendly staff, lovely food, nice family feel to the hotel. The biggest bonus was the swimming pool next to the restaurant, spent a lovely evening with (out) kids

At the beginning I was surprised how close the hotel was to a motorway, but as there were noise screens installed, it did not disturb at all.
