the washing machine and dryer filter hadn’t been cleaned

the only trouble was getting the key otherwise well presented property it would have been helpful if the instructions as regards entering carpark and entrance at main door had photos attached

Location Is very good but with no view on beach.

The view and there is bad bed. I keep searching for parking for more than half hour.

The apartment was beautiful. It was clean and spacious, had all we needed, in an excellent location. The on call service was very helpful when we had difficulty managing the remote at check in (which was user error, not a fault of the property) Overall we had be beautiful four night stay with our family.

location was great

the process to obtain keys and access the property. there is TOO MUCH info that easily confuses, especially if you are not from the area, which we weren’t. needs to be simplified more. I wasn’t even told of the process to obtain the key which was at another location till we were at Edgewaters front door and I had to scan through my emails to find a number to call someone for them to tell me - ‘you should have an email detailing what to do’. which I then received straight after I called... for the price we paid I would have expected someone there to greet us with the key.

Couches uncomfortable and cold Will not stay in a place with no f2f staff again, to much reading and going to get keys etc...not holiday mood. Overpriced when facilities not able to be used No wifi in this day and age....not acceptable
