Its clean and very well maintained. Small things make a lot of difference and management of this hotel pay attention to small details.

Number of lifts are fewer

The hotel was very close to Al-Haram about a 10 minute walk which was super convenient. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful, and we even got a free room upgrade from a double to a quadruple room ,the bathroom was very clean but a bit small I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah.” I’d happily stay here again on my next visit, Insha’Allah

The services were excellent overall. I particularly appreciated the smooth and convenient early check-in, as well as the functional and efficient elevators, which operated smoothly even during peak hours without overcrowding. The room service was also excellent, with special appreciation to Mr. Noor Mohammed for his professionalism and attentive service. During check-out, Hama Dudi and Yahaya Hamdi were very helpful and courteous, particularly in assisting with my lodge booking and arranging the airport shuttle. Their support made the check-out process smooth and convenient.
