Tilal Jabal Al Kabah

The staff are very friendly; the location is close to Masjid Al Haram. There is a prayer room for men and women; a gym; children’s play place. I especially enjoyed the breakfast. Chef Samh, Mr. Danish ( restaurant manager), Mohammed Abid, Bilal among others went way beyond to serve the guests. The housekeeping staff were very detail oriented when it came to the upkeep of the room. I stayed at the hotel from September 8th to 12; then went to Medina and came back and stayed from 17th to 20th. This trip of mine was to perform Umrah which I did

Nothing to dislike; this was my second trip. The first one was booked for me. The second one I booked myself.

The services, all the employees were friendly, welcoming and professional. The proximity to haram.

There is nothing not to like. I like everything about the hotel.

If my understanding is correct it’s run as a charity so you’re doing a good action by staying there. It’s a good hotel, very clean (rooms, facilities), close to haram. Food is of good quality (breakfast buffet and in-room dining). Also had a good price during the period I stayed. Also, room is hard floor so if you have allergies and/or don’t like carpet, it’s a nice change from most.

Return from salaat is packed in that direction (as most) but it is uphill - if you’re old or sick or disabled, maybe not ideal.
