I asked to get in early due to out of town family coming and never got contacted then some of the dishes we used out of the cupboard were dirty☹️ lack of parking

it was clean and in a good location.

missing basic items that should be part of a usable kitchen. specifically hot pads. coffee pot was unreasonably small for a home meant to sleep this many people. signs of disrepair and lack of maintenance.

Beautiful quiet neighborhood with a coffee shop nearby. The rooftop deck was a delight. There is unrestricted on-street parking which was really helpful. Lovely floor to ceiling windows. Comfortable beds. Attractive decor.

I noticed some wear and tear - the lights on the stove hood didn't work or were damaged, as was the ceiling and some of the lights in the living room. Looks like there was an overflowing bathtub at some point? I was pretty shocked by the cleaning fee, which was almost double the nightly cost of the room. We stayed one night so the added cost was impactful.

Overall good property and spacious Kitchen was well stocked and the place had everything well on hand.

A bit more maintainance needed. Pillows all need replacement and are not good at all. Shower curtains should be replaced often. Mold on inside lining of shower curtains. (easy replacement fix) AC unite were not able to cool the place. It was hot which may be unusual for seattle. No AC in downstairs bedroom and no bathroom for thatf room. You have to climb up to use the powder room on the main floor.

Great property, clean and was stocked with coffee and essentials. Easy access to the city.

Garage is a bit tricky to get into. Best to have a smaller car.

My family and I stayed here for our trip and loved it. The place was close to everything we wanted to see in Seattle. There was definitely a lot of space for us to move around in. The rooms were very comfortable. I like that house had a garage for us to park and made it convenient to not have to find street parking. They were all very accommodating and answered any questions I had for them in a timely manner. They were also very nice to let us check in earlier than expected so thank you.

A few things I would say they need to chance is that they need to do a better job at washing the sheets for the beds. Although it was clean we saw a few stained spots on the sheets which made it seem like they were changed. We have to wash the sheets and blankets again. Upon taking off the pillow cases, I noticed that the pillows were flat and had a lot large stains. Maybe change out the pillows in the condition that they’re in because it made it very uncomfortable having to sleep on a pillow that looked like that.

Beautiful space and layout. Loved the heated floors. Location was great. Close to a good coffee shop and quick drive to the hill or downtown. It was too rainy to enjoy the rooftop terrace but it would have been great.

Some of the furnishings, while appearing nice, seemed cheap and rickety. One of the bedrooms had a very strong perfume smell that just never went away.
