Had a lovely 5 week stay in Estepona. Check in easy, met with Chris who showed us around the apartment. Lovely apartment close to Marina with many restaurants and a couple of supermarkets. Historic quarter within easy walking distance. Apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Terrace is beautiful with views over the sea. Welcome pack with water/ tea/bread etc much appreciated. Good communication with Andy. Many thanks :)

It was a wonderful property Andy had thought of absolutely everything! Amazing welcome pack and everything you could possibly need for your stay and more. Spotlessly clean could not fault a thing. Great location short walk to shops, Marina where there are plenty of restaurants and bars and a nice easy walk to the beautiful old town an absolute must go to. 5 mins to the beach very secure and can’t recommend enough
We were delayed for 6 hours and Andy and Sue were readily available and accommodated every thing.

Great apartment, very clean and comfortable, with everything you need available and fully equipped with all kitchen utensils, which is often sadly lacking in other rental apartments. Welcome pack was a very nice touch.
Great position for port area and town. We didn’t really use the beach as the sea was cold (August) and lots of seaweed and some scum at waters edge, but the pool was warm and pool area was beautifully kept and we swam and chilled there every day at least once.
I am a light sleeper and there was some disturbance from traffic noise during the night in the master bedroom, but family in the twin bedroom were not disturbed at all.
A lovely comfortable apartment in a great location in which to relax and take refuge from the August heat, and we would definitely come again.

Apartment was everything the listing said it would be amenities were correct and location was correctly described the sun came round onto the balcony at about 1.30 pm which was great as it gave you time to do other things like going to the beach or going to town in the morning Estapona its self was a revelation something different round every corner there was a festival while we were ther celebrating the different hams from the region its also a very colourful and traditional spanish town.The marina which is close by has plenty of bars, eating places and supermarkets
The only cloud on the horizon which was out of the control of the owner was work on the nextdoor Apartment which was very loud and spoilt the last two days of our stay

We were a little unfortunate with the weather during our stay, but the apartment is well located close to the port and Cristo beach. It’s a pleasant pedestrianised beachside walk into the town centre which has plenty of shops and restaurants.

We were at Marina Bay for 30 days. The apartment is located in an ideal location. Easy walk to the marina with plenty of restaurants to choose from, 3 grocery stores within a few min walk, a 25 min walk to the old town.
We must say that Sue and Chris were very quick at answering our queries and in the event of having something repaired they did everything they could to accommodate us plus fix the issue in a very short time.

My husband, myself and a friend stayed a week in this well appointed apartment. The apartment has modern updated bathrooms and kitchen and was clean and tidy. A nice surprise was finding the pantry stocked with coffee, milk, butter, bread, jam and beverages upon our late evening arrival to get us through until we could do a grocery run.
L1 and L2 buses into the old town are right outside the door and just a few minutes walk away you can catch a bus for less than €5 to La Linea (then short walk into Gibraltar). Grocery and restaurants steps away.
At the time of our visit (Feb.2023) the building grounds were undergoing updates but we never heard or saw any active construction during our stay. The extensive work being carried out along the seaside boardwalks however is something to consider. It is it not possible at this time to walk into Estepona old town along the seafront promenade, you must walk on the beach or along an interior road. There is also boardwalk construction on the other side of town heading east so the only open boardwalk at the time of this review (Feb.2023) is directly in front of the oldtown area.
Andy was easy to communicate with and check-in well organized. I can recommend the apartment itself without hesitation.

The property has a sea view & large patio with dining table, sunbeds & casual seating. The communication with the owner and Sue was excellent. There was a handy and thoughtful welcome pack waiting for us on arrival. The property also has secure, private parking. Thanks to Andy & Sue for all their help in making this a great stay.

My husband and I enjoyed a month-long stay in this lovely property. Everything was as expected and the location was ideal. We could walk to the marina and to the old town easily, cabs were close by if we chose not to walk. The proximity to the Playa del Cristo beach couldn't have been closer. The large sunlit terrace was our favorite hangout! We would definitely rent this property again. Great communication with the owner and the caretaker. 5 stars all the way around.

It has a full set of dishes and glasses and all of the utensils you will need. It’s a two bedroom unit with two full baths. There were only two of us, so we each had our own bathroom.
It appears to be newly remodeled so everything is very nice, and the patio is great (you can see Gibraltar from the patio).
Communication was easy, and an English speaking person met us to let us in and show us around the unit.

Plenty of restaurants to choose from at the marina with all tastes catered for - thai, italian, chinese , indian, spanish. The supermarket is a very short walk and a slightly longer walk takes to the old town, which simply lovely. Communication with Andy was faultless. The apartment itself had everything you needed and the outside terrace with views across to Gibraltar was fabulous. We hope to return very soon.

The flat was outstanding and the view from the huge terrace can't be beaten! Weather (which the host has no control over) was fantastic and the beaches were great for us (a family with two littles under 6), but there was a wide mix of people there as there is plenty of room, beach is really big (Christo). You are nearby to some great chiringuitos, grocery stores, atms, and anything else you would need. We didn't get a car for Estepona, only got one to venture out. Host was prompt, responsive, professional, organized - all around awesome! We can't wait for our next Andalusia trip!

The location of the appartment is very good, a short walk to the harbour with many restaurants and a nice walk of 20 minutes to the old center of Estepona. The appartment has all you need for a comfortable stay and the terrace is wonderfull with a nice view on the sea.

Andy and Beata’s apartment in Cristo beach was perfect for a relaxing get away in sunny estepona. The apartment is extremely comfortable and well equipped. The newly fitted kitchen is lovely and equipped with everything needed to prepare meals. The two bathrooms are beautiful with great showers and a bath. The beds are very comfortable and there were plenty of bed linens and good quality towels provided. The huge sun terrace was a lovely area to sit and relax or enjoy a meal outdoors. The apartment is located about 5 mins walk from the port where there are numerous restaurants and bars. Every Sunday there is a vibrant market at the port which we visited. A stroll of about 30 mins along the paseo maritimo gets you to you the old town of estepona with its amazingly beautiful narrow streets lined with planted pots and hanging baskets. Thank you Andy and Beats we had a lovely stay.

I stayed for four weeks with my wife and friends and found the apartment very good. It is clean, comfortable and well equipped. It is accurately described and the large terrace is a great space. The apartment is very convenient for Estepona town and Marina which have lots to offer. Andy and Sue, who looked after things were great. I would definitely book the apartment again.

We have been visiting Estepona for 12 years now staying in various different accommodation. This apartment was exceptional and we will be back hopefully soon. We love El Cristo beach so was the perfect location for us. Car not needed we travel from Malaga airport by bus which is an air con coach and travel to Gibraltar, Marbella and Banus by 79 bus. Andy ensures the whole process from booking to departure is effortless. Thanks for a wonderful holiday

Had 10 wonderful days at this property. Very clean and spacious accommodation. Amazing terrace with fantastic views. Very well equipped kitchen and great having English TV if needed. It really felt like a home from home not your usual holiday rental. A few steps outside the complex leads to a lovely beach with sun beds and 2 beach bars. Mariana, 2 supermarkets bars and restaurants a 5 minute stroll away. We had great communication from Andy the owner and Sue who was on hand if needed. Really enjoyed our stay and if we were ever going to return we would definitely choose this apartment.

We had a great stay in Estepona, the accommodation was all it said it was. Great location within easy walking distance to the boardwalk and even closer to the harbour/port. The beach out front is easy to get to and very nice with fine sand and a protected swimming area. Andy was great at communicating throughout the booking process and made sure we were well set up for our arrival and stay.I would definitely recommend this property if you wish to stay in Stepona.

We have just returned after having two glorious months in Estepona the apartment was perfect,very well equipped,spacious with a massive terrace giving you fantastic sea views including Gibraltar in the distance, The position of Marina bay could not be better it took us no more than 3 minutes to reach the beach with 2 excellent restaurants, we were 5 minutes walking distance to supermarkets and the port where we spent most days trying out the multitude of numerous restaurants and exploring the Sunday market.In short we had a fantastic stay and would have no hesitation in returning.We met the owners on a couple of occasions who are charming and could not have more obliging if we needed assistance .with anything.

We have just returned from a two week holiday in this apartment. The apartment was all it claims to be, clean, and very well furnished. The location is excellent with superb views, Andy & Beata were extremely helpful in ensuring our holiday was enjoyable and we tried many of their recommended restaurants and all were perfect.

Owners, Andy and Beata, were very nice and helpful, perfect location, the flat was very well equipped and very clean. We felt at home, all commodities were available in the place. No doubt it is a place to go again and to recommend. I wish all the places I have been to would have been half as good as this flat. Very nice sea views from the big terrace, very convenient location to access the beach and the town centre.

We have been visiting Estepona for the last 13 years but this was our first booking with Andy and Beata. We found them to be really helpful and friendly from the initial enquiry to the end of our holiday and they could not have done more to make our stay comfortable. The apartment delivered on all the promises made on the website in terms of the facilities and the terrace is superb. There was everything we needed and more, even things like cleaning materials, mozzie zappers and spares of everything like light bulbs etc, which is rare in holiday apartments. If you want to cook in the apartment there is everything you will need - but we didn't!
The position close to the port and beach is perfect with plenty of local restaurants and bars but is only a 20 minute stroll along the paseo into the old town which has more authentic Spanish bars/restaurants. We found Le Petit Paris (underneath the apartment), Le Briconnet, Taberna de Lucia, Rosatti and De La Mar very good for evening meals and Nachomar, Halomon and La Tangerine very good for tapas - all in the port area. In addition there is always Reinaldos lively bar for a pre-dinner drink in happy hour until 9.00pm.
Estepona is still a very Spanish resort with a lovely old town and stunning beaches and is only 20 minutes drive to Marbella, an hour from beautiful Ronda, and a short drive to lots of other charming places such as Casares, Benahavis, San Pedro etc. We are just in the process of planning for next year - we'll be in touch soon Andy!

Just returned from a fabulous week in this apartment.
it started off well with the booking process - prompt email and info pack to confirm and this was followed by welcoming emails/contact info prior to departure.
Sue met us as promised and showed us in/around - a lovely welcome pack including wine and beer to be enjoyed on the sun drenched patio awaited us.
the apartment is well furnished and it felt like home from home. It is nice to go to a rented apartment where the furnishings/equipment are of such a high standard - lovely fluffy towels/soft linen.
It is well placed in the resort with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby and there are 2 supermarkets just 5 mins walk away. The stroll down paseo maritimo is lovely and overlooks the very clean massive town beach. We very much look forward to returning to this apartment again - it had everything we wanted and more.

We were blessed with a very nice weather considering it was end of February, and could bask in the sun at the terrace all afternoon. The apartment was beautiful and practical. We were especially happy with the parking space at the garage.

Wonderful apartment. Very well equipped, and beautifully furnished. The location was perfect for the beach and the many restaurants in Estepona. We had 2 lovely meals in Le Petit Paris which we would very much reccommend. The description of the apartment was spot on and the owners very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to book this apartment again if we returned to Estepona in the future.

I enquired about Andy’s apartment and to my regret I decided to go for a slightly cheaper alternative apartment within the same building.
Unfortunately, when we arrived at the other apartment it was definitely not as advertised; the views were not the same as the pictures, the apartment was dirty and didn’t looked like it had been cleaned at all and the furniture looked tired and dated and not “luxury” as we were expecting.
However, when we called Andy about our predicament he was able to accept our booking in his apartment at the last minute, helped us move our luggage across and still provided the welcome pack as promised!
The apartment was exactly as advertised. It was furnished to an amazing standard, with seemingly every care being given to every detail from the utensils in the kitchen, to the quality of the towels in the bathroom. The terrace is just as we expected it to be – it is huge and very easy to spend almost all of your holiday out there taking in the wonderful views.
The apartment is within easy walking distance to the Marina and the local Christo Beach is just lovely, although the weather wasn’t quite up to spending the day there when we stayed.
Andy’s recommendations on what to do and where to eat was really useful and we could not disagree with any of them at all.
We’ve booked again for next year already.
