Close to airport, but be prepared for a noisy sleep

Close to the airport, large room

No privacy in the bathroom, no door to shower or toilet (an open space), this is fine if you are travelling with partner but not suitable for friends. Extremely noisy as it's near a busy road and no soundproofing. Lots of mosquitoes as there is a gap under the entrance door which lets bugs to come in. Bed was dirty and had a dead bug on my pillow. Room needs updating as main shelf is starting to hang off the wall. Did not find the staff friendly towards me at all.

Hôtel à proximité de l'aéroport, le personnel est serviable et très sympathique, il y a un restaurant tout proche pour manger. Nous avons eu un petit problème de chambre et ils nous ont donné une nouvelle chambre !

Pas de frigo dans notre chambre, rien à faire aux alentours de l'hôtel.

Where to begin... Dirty. Noisy. Water had problem for days. Neighbors noisy. Full of cockroaches at night. The whole environment smells bad.using hot shower make cut on electric and need to turn off everything to take a shower. Not recommend

Superb

I stayed for only one night because i missed my bus, i had a nice stay Receptionist is super friendly There is a small mall within walking distance and local restaurants, not much else, but i had no trouble getting a grab, so that's fine It is quiet at night Clean room and in good condition, balcony, comfy bed

good value for money but far away from city centre

Room was very spacious with a fridge and kettle included. Overall very clean and had a small but nice balcony. Good value for money.

Could do with some furniture to sit on the balcony. Location was far away from the actual city centre so had to get Tuk tuks everywhere. Wi-Fi was intermittent and struggled a lot which was a bit inconvenient.

Nice room in small hotel

A nice room with a good design, a comfortable big bed, TV with various channels, good Wi-Fi, there was hot water, as well as an electric kettle with coffee, tea, and water. A small refrigerator, air conditioner, slippers, clean towels in the shower, soap and shampoo. Very friendly staff, near the hotel there is a street cafe and a restaurant where you can eat. There is parking and 24-hour security.

A little noisy, because the hotel is near the road. Also far from the center if that matters to anyone

Spacious room, overall clean - good value for the money for Phnom Penh

The location was quite convenient for me, because I only had to visit Aeon Mall Sen Sok, which isn't far from the hotel. There's a food stall right in front of the entrance to the hotel, and there are more within a few minutes walking distance. The room was quite spacious and apart from the "kitchen" sink, it was very clean. Aircon and water supply worked well. The property is guarded, so it felt safe to park my bicycle there. The young lady of the staff who prepared my room at check-in was very friendly and helpful. I think the value for the money is quite good for Phnom Penh.

The "kitchen" sink wasn't clean. The mattress was only a quite thin layer of relatively soft foam, it wasn't really comfortable, however for one night it was okay.

Good place to stay if the budget is small, otherwise look for something better.

Exceptional

I stayed here for one night after a late arrival into Phnom Penh. This is a perfect spot to crash after a long flight - close to the airport, clean, and quiet. The reception was welcoming and kind, even though I was exhausted and it was after midnight. They helped me with my luggage which was much appreciated. My room was clean and quiet. The shower was great and I had everything I needed to enjoy a peaceful evening. Thank you for everything!

Avoid, if on a vacation trip.

Nice spacious room, large windows. Location close to a large road. Provision of dental kit and comb etc

Dated interiors. Door latches don't work: scary Inadequate night lights No decent restaurant nearby after 6pm Located in industrial area. No sightseeing

Rooms is not as showed in this picture.feel they just cheat.But I didn't talk with them to complaint as stayed only one night.

The place in the picture is not what you get. The room was super dirty, walls, floor, cabinets, everything. Old bar soap left in the sink with a cleaning rack. No worth the money. I been staying in nice places half the price in the heart of the city.
