The apartment was clean, with A/C working properly.

- the blind was broken so we couldn't uncover the window in the kitchen, remained shadowy the whole stay; - there is only a coffee machine on capsules in the flat, we've remained with just 2 capsules, there was no other way to make a coffee than buying new capsules; - the amount of soap in the bathroom was so little, as if used by other guests previously; - we've been advised by Mr. Dulio to leave the flat at 11:30 on our check-out day for cleaning, whereas we should have the right to stay until 12:00, as its written on the reservation; - there was no written instruction left for us about the check-out, car park space number, we had to make notes ourselves and take photos to remember - it would be far better to leave a sort of map of the car park, which is huge and it's hard to find the parking spot.

Very quite and we'll located ( walking distance of central Funchal ) with a great plus being the parking Also the shopping maul and supermarket downstairs
