This place is amazing!

Very cute house on the lagoon. It was like a home away from home. The only issue was parking. With a big truck hauling motorcycles. Parking was an issue. Long walk to vehicle from house and back.

We loved our stay in Jorge’s house in Key Largo. This was the second time we visited here. Great scenery and the kids loved the swimming and animals around the house. BertJan

Spacious townhouse in green surroundings, with all commodities. Perfectly equipped kitchen and bathroom, 2 toilets, tv, central air with perfect setting, i.e. not too cold.

We loved the location in Key Largo and the facilities were great. Super fast responses to any questions we had. The only thing to be aware of if you are using the marina is to watch out for the rides. We couldn’t launch during low tide. The good news is John Pennycamp is right down the road and has a great launch there that we used. The marina is great with a deep cut out to the water.

Great little condo for a tarpon fishing trip to Islamorada with a bud. Neat, clean and well appointed. Would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed. The shower was really nice. We had plenty of hot water for three people taking showers back to back as well as the washing machine and dishwasher running all at the same time. The beds were really comfortable. Everything was nice and clean. We enjoyed fishing on the Jetty, nice walkways, 3 pools. It was great! We had a great vacation!! Thank you!!

easy walk to ocean and well outfitted kitchen

This was an awesome place to stay in Key Largo. Very close to the main dive operations, and awesome property grounds. This unit has a great feel and reminded us of our family vacation property. We found everything we needed in the unit and there was even a nice packet of things to do and restaurants to eat at. Overall, extremely happy with our stay and will definitely be back. Priced appropriately, all the amenities we needed, and extremely clean.

Condo well equipped. Clean. Wonderful property especially for kids. 2 pools and a wonderful lagoon .in great location. Jorge was immediately available. Best place I’ve ever stayed in the Keys .

The condo was spacious and well stocked. The property was great, 2 pools and access to a jetty to view both sunrises and sets. It was a great base to explore both the Everglades and the Keys. The queen bed was comfortable. Some small repairs on the front door and a few wall boards needs to be done. Otherwise no issues. Property owner responded promptly to my questions. I would stay here again!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. The location within the complex is great, with a heated pool and private beach area right outside the back door. Also close to everything in Key Largo. The kid’s bedroom was nice with two single beds. The upstairs bathroom is nice with an updated shower. The host was easy to work with and responded to texts quickly. We’re already planning our next trip back!

Property was great. Unfortunately weather wasn't so didn't get to use the pool or beach. Hopefully will manage to go back some day with better weather.

This condo ended up being the perfect location and place for my family this winter. We had exactly what was needed, location ended up perfection and we had the property beach/pool right outside the door. We would absolutely stay here again!

This place was as advertised. It is very clean and we liked the location. The kitchen was well appointed and we loved the screened in porch and balcony.

We very much enjoyed this spacious rental in a secure environment in a gated community. The apartment is nicely furnished and in fact looks better then on the photos here. We loved the screened in porch towards the lagoon. It was always nice and shady there on a hot day. There have been some animals visiting to entertain us. The kitchen is well stocked and except the pots and pans everything was nice and clean. I suppose that the guests before us put the dishware into the dishwasher, but not pots and pans. We left them as we found them and bought fresh ones at Family Dollar for just a few dollars. The Kawama Community is right on the water, however to get to the beach and pier from the unit, it is quite a walk (most of the apartments seem to use a golf cart to move around). The pier has a nice view and extends way out. We did some fishing just for fun, as with the coral rocks all around it, we wondered what you would do should a bigger fish bite, so we not even tried with larger bait as we did in other resorts and on other piers or from bridges. There is the "sailors choice" party (head) fishing boat nearby so we went out fishing there instead. The beach is good for spending time at the waterfront, not so much for swimming. There are a lot of stones and the water is very low even with high tide. The location in Key Largo is good with almost nearby options to stock up for cooking you own meals. Don't miss the Key Largo Fish Market - a real find and one of the best ones we have ever seen. We went there almost each day. Communication with Jorge was excellent, friendly and fast and he did address all our concerns and questions in a very short time. We even had the opportunity to meet him personally when he came by to bring a new umbrella for the front porch. We enjoyed our stay and can recommend this rental also to larger parties.

Very clean and comfortable accommodations. Everything you need is there. There were just two of us but would be good for up to four. Stairs might be a little tricky for very young children.

Very organized Mr Cruz was very prompt on answering my text .they lost the items available didn't list blowdry to my surprise they had one and I forget to take mine it was awesome the little things that makes it easier

It is a lovely property. Well maintained and clean. Had everything we needed, just had to search for the extra towels. Owner was quick to respond to my questions. Prefer not to be on a lagoon in the future. No-seeums come right thru screen on the porches. They always seem to find me! Other than that it was a great little trip.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, it place could use an Overall upgrade but it appears the oware working towards that. The biggest disadvantage was the parking spot, we had to parallel park between a golf cart and another mini van over a speed bump and dodge the flower bed.. lol

The location and resort is great with excellent facilities. The unit itself is a little tired, but comfortable. It is perfectly located within the resort for everything you need.

As a family who regularly visits Key Largo and has stayed in this community multiple times I will say our expectations were met, and that's a good thing. The property is clean, has all the necessary components if you want to cook, Hvac works excellently and is in a prime location within the community. The owner is quick with responses and communicated ahead of the visit. All in all things were great and my son enjoyed himself.

We had a great week at Jorge's property. Everything was exactly as advertised. Communication with Jorge during pre-trip was excellent. We never had to contact him during our stay because there was no need. AC was nice and cold, Shower had great pressure and hot water. Everything we needed was there and ready for our use. We launched boat at the marina, just need to be not on low tide. The lagoon in the center of the property was really cool. Saw a lobster, many parrot fish, and lots of snapper and other fish. We would definitely stay at this property again! Thanks Jorge!

The experience was amazing!

Took my Father, Son and his best Friend down for a quick trip for my Son's Birthday. We enjoyed everything about the lodging, all as advertised at a great rate. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will most likely be booking again soon! Thank you Jorge for offering a great place to stay!

I’m not sure why this property was rated 4.9. The furniture was falling apart, couches had slip covers with stains on them, the dryer kept shutting off and wouldn't dry towels. Needs major improvements. Jorge was very responsive which was the one upside to this place.

This is a great affordable place to stay in Key Largo. Loved it!

This place is as advertised. It was super clean, the beds were comfortable and the washer/dryer in the unit was a huge plus. The check in process was super easy and everything was set up in advance. The gated community made us feel safe. The few questions we had Jorge responded within minutes! Definitely recommend!!

Good size for 2-4 people. Tiles are old and outdated, some outside ones pop when u walk on them. Back porch is a mess when it rains, mulch bed needs removed and replaced with maybe gravel. Many ceiling spots need fixed in entire unit. 1 wash rag for 2 people, tried to find more without luck. Shower leaks and is just a weird set up. Got to get into turn it on (a lil chilly), wobbly toilets (both). Recommend to bring your own coffee/Tea as there is nothing to get you to the next day. We left all extra we had for the next group. I know this may sound like alot of negative but there are plenty of positive like the beach right outside the door, multiple pools with perfect temp water. Wonderful walking path, pier by Marina. Lots of fish and lizards. Owner was super quick to call when I had an issue getting in. He called me almost immediately!
