Booked and payed via booking.com - but hotel doesn´t accept bookings and payments from OYO !!! had to pay one more time. And the money send to booking.com no one give back!!! as my booking was cancelled by me :D so hotel is OK, but not through the booking com

Good in accessible location and accurate as mentioned in map. Good Online support for Tariff difference resolved on spot in single call by customer support team.

Ambience of room, facilities. Basic needs like Blanket, bath towel in room are not maintained well. Amenities confirmed in room tariff are not working like TV available but don't work Bcoz set box service deactivated. Remote for namesake Toilet sanitaryware not clean and found seepage in room wall from other room toilet. Lastly staff are not supportive, denied in providing room for online bookings at best tariff due that demanded to cancel online booking.

Bedding appeared dirty, previous guests plates and cutlery still in the room, no WiFi, toilet didn’t flush, not greeted with a hello on arrival, using card wasn’t an option, could hear every door creak, and conversation, on my floor, from my room. Slept with clothes on. Bought a towel from nearby shop and didn’t want to use the slightly damp one they gave. Apart from that...
