Parking was a problem . The car park didn’t give a ticket and when I tried to get a receipt non were available on line . Not the fault of the hotel but it states clearly that parking is available that’s why I booked it. This needs updating on booking. Com Apart from that fabulous hotel.

Everything, from the location to the actual apartment. Every detail has been thought of and delivered to a very high standard. I also didn’t realise we had a parking spot literally by our front door. We had the three-bedroom offering and it felt a great size, and very private. The hotel itself is also a great base if you need a drink or tasty meal. The Sunday lunch looked stunning. Richmond itself is the perfect-sized market town to explore and relax we stayed for four days and didn’t feel we saw everything. This won’t be our last stay, that’s for sure.

The room was nice and very nice large bathroom. Overall surroundings were nice and the bar and restaurant area and bedrooms are well furnished

The noise and the heat in our bedroom. We were above the bar and it was noisy at night and it was very hot with room temp control doing nothing at all. Lamb was inedible and my husband sent back and only had that meal taken off the bill and had to pay for a replacement meal. No offer of anything like a coffee or drink or anything since it completely marred our experience. Expensive and not worth the money. Two scallops were £15
