Clean and quiet, and have everything in the room. Near supermarket, restaurant, exchange, Babar, bus stop. The room service daily and answer your request quickly.

The staff was very friendly. The room have a good size. the internet was surprisingly good to remote work. the gym was ok, good to use.

So, this made the score be very low: there are a huge, huge, enormous number of cockroaches, and its everywhere. They changed our room because I complained about the huge number of cockroaches and the extraordinarily strong smell of cockroaches too. But in the other room there was a lot of cockroaches too. IN the corridors of the hotel, you can see a lot of cockroaches walking around it. It's a nightmare. I stayed for 1 month, in 1 month, I saw cockroaches every day. The place is veryyy far from the city center, 1h40minutes from the Dubai mall by public transportation. but this is not a problem with the place, I didn't check properly before rent. Just know that this is an important thing to have in mind when you rent the place. There is a member of the staff, that always check if you turn on the ar conditioner and the lights of the gym. I paid a huge amount of money to have a guy always checking if I'm using power energy to have some comfort? ridiculous. Every day this guy was going to the gym to check this. Nonsense. Image you, in the gym with 32°c and not air conditioner, crazy.

I like the place in first also so quite and comfortable the second think thanks for all teamwork in reciption and housekeeping and the best for me Mr.Michael so nice and coordinating and helping me to much 💚

The apartment was spacious, cozy, great location and just a perfect place for family with kids. The balcony was large too overlooking a green grass lawn. There was a kids play area which was amazing for kids to spend time every day.

Internet was not good. TV couldn't connect to internet due to the bad wifi connection.
