Amazing place with a very stylish interior design. Staff was utmost welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was exceptional - tasty little art works. We shared a long table with 3 other couples staying and therefor had the opportunity to meet interesting and very nice people !

The most amazing dinner was prepared for us. Absolutely delightful.

We travel a lot and must say that this was one of the most gorgeous and unique places we’ve ever stayed. Ode to great taste, wonderful design and high level of hospitality. Everything was perfectly curated - from interior/outdoor details to breakfast and dinner experience. The owners and Brydon were truly welcoming and went an extra mile to make our stay so enjoyable. It felt like staying at a good friends’ place, with the most beautiful memories. Thank you so much for inspiring us with your passion and showing us what a dream house looks like. Still amazed and can’t wait to come back, hopefully, soon!

This location is a hidden gem and a must visit if you like interior design, gardening, tranquillity and art. The kitchen and glass house is the prettiest I have ever seen... and my camera is filled with pictures of this beautiful property. There are only two rooms in the property, and enough space to leave each other be. In the morning the other house (bath 30) will join you in the kitchen for a fresh prepared breakfast at the family table which is a very nice and cosy start of the day. We followed the suggestions from Hein for the area and visited some wineries and an amazing restaurant in the area (Kapokbos). So if you are there, ask Hein for some advice since we had a great tour in the area!

We liked everything about our stay and we were sad we had to leave. The only small thing to make it even an 11 in score (suggestions for the property) is to clean the pool a bit more often due to the cute chickens and trees nearby, and to offer an additional fan on extremely hot days.

A truly spectacular venue where every detail shows how much thought has gone into it. What a gem of a place - wouldn’t be surprised to find it in Condé Nast very soon…

Every single corner has been beautifully designed and though about. we loved the access to a kitchen and the flexibility it gave us. Brendon was amazing too and nothing was too much of an ask.

Beautiful building and such wonderful interiors. The pool and surrounding garden and greenhouse are just so special. Hans the chef makes delicious food; fresh, varied and beautifully presented!

The property is so carefully designed - it is stunning and has lots of character and a soul while offering all the little luxuries and comfort you’d need and want.

An absolutely amazing place! Hein and Brydon were fantastic hosts and the whole property is just stunning. From the beautiful designed rooms, to the citrus garden, to the homemade breakfast…everything is designed and made with such great attention to detail. We would have loved to stay longer and will definitely come again when back in ZA.

Who wouldn't fall in love with Jongmanshof? From the moment you walk through the door you enter a sanctuary. From the beautiful furnishings, the scent that linger in the rooms, the beautiful linen, the attention to detail, the tranquil pool, the cluck of the chickens, the citrus and their blossoms, the delicious breakfast, the attentiveness & welcome you receive from Bryden & Hein is hard to match . A truly wonderful experience. What's not to love?

An extraordinary experience , and one of great beauty in every possible sense of the word. Surroundings, attention to detail , caring attention of staff and breakfast were all just beyond.... Thank you for a truly uplifting experience. We will be back !

stunning, stunning villa in Montagu with out of this world interior, for a moment I felt like I was in Portofino Italy or Château Pape Clement in St Emillion especially the orange garden a definite must see👌 Hein and Brian were such a good hosts, we were woken up to smell of freshly baked bread, a perfectly set breakfast table, oh how can I forget the polenta porridge, one of the best I ever tasted.

Jonkmanshof is above world class. The service, breakfast, quality everything is just fantastic.

The Interieur is perfect, so is the staff and the food. We will always come back.

This is well located, beautifully decorated place, with lots of well appointed decorative spaces for leisure and relaxation. The host was super attentive.

This is more of a question, there was a small item on the on top of the bedroom ceiling lights, I was not sire what it was, it had the look of a camera ? Was it an alarm of sorts ?

Breakfast was delicious and location perfect..close to beautiful mountain walks and wonderful restaurants/coffee shops.Outside area very special for relaxing on a lounger under the tree or taking a dip in the farm style pool.

Loved our weekend Nothing to not like.
