Friendliness of the staff.. Friendliness of the staff.. Friendliness of the staff! Most of them will make you feel exceptionally welcomed! Club car drivers, receptionists, housekeeping, and waiters at "The Market" restaurant, especially Abd Elrahman Ali. Chapeau for such a staff & of course their management. The food variety in the restaurant was excellent. The beach with corals is outstanding

Picked a room with sea view. Unfortunately, i would more accurately describe it as "partial sea view." The rest of the building was obscuring part of the view of the sea, which is already" distant." Something i didn't like & wasn't addressed when escalated to the duty manager who promised to look after the issue. I guess i was not very lucky with the room (1025) location, directly above the "Pub" with an outdoor projector screen showing football matches, & the resort theatre with musical & belly dancing shows. The room was not the best pick for someone who was searching "tranquility" by the sea side. The room itself is spacious and nice.

Staff are so friendly and professional even birds are friendly , cleanliness was perfect , luxury hotel , the entertainment program was so good ,pool water very clean they clean it every day. In general it was a very good stay for me and my family

The buffet does not match with a 5 stars hotel,they must add more varieties of food and specially upgrading its quality

Clean and modern decorated rooms, great beach with its own corals, helpful employees with a smile on their face all the time, always try to find a way to please the customer according to the feedback or request

This was one of the best holiday I ever had. I loved and I enjoyed every moment in this resort. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly, especially Reca from reception, Mohamed from cleaning and Amr from the main restaurant. I hope I will be back soon.
