We stayed twice - the rooms were great, and the staff were amazing the first time not so much the second time. The location is great if you want to get away from everything. There is not much happening entertainment-wise and there are very few places in walking distance. You need to be a scooter rider to enjoy the location or you'll be hiring cars and drivers to get out and about. The beach was lovely very quiet and the views and sunsets from the restaurant were amazing. Air conditioning was some of the best we experienced.

We had lots of problems with the shower on our first 6-day visit and the food and service were not as good the second 2 night stay we had.

Property very nice and comfortable! Staff very friendly and helpful :) definitely will come again!

locatie is fantastisch aan het strand, maar wel erg solitair. In de onmiddellijke omgeving is weinig. Auto of brommer is noodzakelijk

all the food was bad no flavour The steak was very tough, Ordered M-Well got Rare with blood they took away & recooked it which made it more tougher , did not eat it The Chef isn't up to standered

It’s in a very good location. The staff is really responsive and friendly. Private pool is a must. Yes, they do have public swimming pool, but usually it’s crowded with kids;) so if you have kids, they will find friends ;) Spa ladies very nice, I even manage to arrange ice bath before opening hours.

We stayed during some special days as Valentine day and others I don’t remember. Background Music in a restaurant is really good, bit when it came to live music: in my opinion it was too loud and sometimes reminded me late karaoke one man show ;)

整个海岸线上最棒的一家酒店，很适合家庭出游。酒店整体白色调的墙面，配合马尾草的园景，有一种独特的地中海风情。酒店的餐厅也非常有设计感，把沙滩融到了餐厅里面。沙滩上有很细的沙，以及一种球形的颗粒砂，散布着粉色和橙色的小螃蟹，非常可爱，比圣吉吉的黑沙滩美太多。房间的设施完善，海景家庭房带游泳池，以及直接通到沙滩的入户花园，房间里面或浅海游泳，都很方便。服务人员热情有礼貌。由于房间设施检修，导致我们 late check in，赠送了晚餐作为补偿。酒店到机场大概40分钟左右的车程。酒店提供摩托车租赁，价格公道，方便到周围逛。By the way, 酒店的SPA很值得推荐。

房间太生态了，游泳池里面跑进了几只螃蟹和青蛙。

Die Zimmer mit Garten und Bergblick waren sehr beengend da man auf eine Bambuswand die 1 m Abstand zur Hauswand war geschaut hat.

The location on the beach was beautiful, the banana trees and greenery was lovely.

Not enough shared spaces, the pool area was small for the number of rooms. The restaurant area was pretty uncomfortable, there wasn’t a lot of places to chill out and read. The rooms were very dark with not a lot of natural light or views/scenery.

This place is a serene haven in its own right. The restaurant's picturesque location by the beach offers stunning views of nearby islands and breathtaking sunsets. The food and beverages served here are truly delightful, with the ice cream being a standout recommendation for its exceptional taste. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the property is kept in excellent condition. While the rooms are somewhat basic, we found ourselves spending most of our time in the wonderfully inviting common area.

Restaurant food quality been really nice considering the surroundings. Landscape & Plants inside hotel very beautiful and well looked after. Very nice SPA staff, but so hard to get a time for massage as there is lack of staff.

* Hygiene still is bit tough challenge for them. In baths it's bad but OK You can live with that, but dirty glasses which sometimes You don't understand if they even been washed. * Private swimming pools in Villa's been dirty, lots of dead Crab inside which been cleaned after 2 days. * In general their most expensive Villa's I'd say are far overpriced versus what You are expecting from photos and what You find when arrive... ;-( * Main pool towels felt dirty *....................................

The menu was pretty limited if you were staying there for a while. However the food was really good. The 2brm pool villas had seperate bedrooms there are not accessible internally to each other

The massage and spa centre was lovely. The location was stunning and the food and entertainment was great.

Long waits for simple request for the room such as water. A continental breakfast instead of buffet style.

The location is beautiful, sunset facing on the beach. The pool area was lovely - however one day it resembled a kids club with 15 kids in the pool, not my vibe but might be others’. The other day it was much better with hardly any kids. Eric was the standout superstar staff member who was very kind and helpful.

My room wasn’t ready so they checked me in late, not ideal on a hot day and they could have offered something like a free drink or anything to compensate, but no it was just sorry sorry. Should have been something offered given I paid for a check in at a certain time and had arranged my transfer accordingly. The room itself was fine but there were SO many mosquitos, finally I stuffed towels at the bottom of the doors which helped but, be prepared for lots of mozzies. My room was right next to a cleaner’s closet which meant lots of movie, banging, and chatter. The breakfast - there were SO many flies around the buffet for toast and fruit, it totally put me off eating anything.

Great location right on the beach, beautiful sunsets with beach views from the pool, fantastic staff who were incredibly helpful with everything we needed, very good food at the restaurant.

Not really a knock on the resort, just things to be aware of when travelling to South Lombok: There’s nothing nearby and no Grab etc., so if you want to go exploring, you’ll have to rent a scooter. There are lots of dogs on the beach and one that kept coming back to the pool and restaurant looking for food. There were tons of bugs around the room that came in through the slit underneath the door – we covered the slit with a towel, which helped a lot.

Modern, ruhig, freundlich!

Die Lage ist etwas abseits vom Trubel, was aber auch durchaus positiv sein kann. Man muss sich dessen nur bewusst sein

My friend and I stayed unfortunately only one night. We were lucky to be allowed to check in earlier. The room is very spacious and cozy, the bathroom is big and clean. The food was delicious, the staff were super friendly and attentive. The Resort provides SUP Boards for rent which I think a good idea. We loved our stay and would be coming back next time.

Tolle Anlage, sehr modern. Wunderschöner Strand zur alleinigen Nutzung der Hotelgäste mit tollem Sonnenuntergang. Super Pool direkt am Meer und vielfältige Liegemöglichkeiten. Man konnte das Wasser ständig nachfüllen lassen. Leckeres Frühstück. Das Personal ist wirklich sehr bemüht.

Uns fehlten Erläuterungen zu Einrichtungen, weil nirgendwo etwas geschrieben stand. So wussten wir anfangs nicht, dass man das Wasser kostenfrei nachfüllen lassen kann. Allerdings immer nur 2x500ml Flaschen. Das Badezimmer hat ab und zu nach Abfluss gestunken und im Waschbecken waren Flecken (Schimmel?). Die Terrasse war für uns aufgrund der Mosquitos leider nicht nutzbar. Die Bezüge der Liegen am Pool wurden leider durch einen sehr seltsamen Baum verschmutzt. Überteuerte Preise für Shuttle-Service, lieber selbst organisieren. Der Service im Restaurant war leider gar nicht gut. Uns fehlte immer irgendwas an Besteck o.ä. am Tisch und wir mussten immer darauf hinweisen. Manchmal kam ewig keiner, um die Bestellung aufzunehmen und dafür manchmal doppelt.

Die Ausstattung sehr gemütlich und modern und das Essen war wirklich sehr gut.

Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer mit Terrasse nach hinten raus und es stank. Der Pool und die Polster könnten sauberer sein.

A szállás, ami az óceánra nézett egyszerűen tökéletes volt, annyira hangulatos a kerti fényekkel éjszaka. Az ágyból hallani az óceán hangjait, ami számunkra csodálatos volt. Tökéletes tisztaság mindenhol, nagyon hangulatos pont megfelelő méretű medencével. Az étterem elhelyezkedése, kilátása is lenyűgöző volt, az ételek minősége maximálisan megfelelő, nagy választékú étlappal. Robogót is lehet bérelni, melyet mindkét nap használtunk, hogy eljussunk a közeli partra, nagyon jól működött végig!

Számunkra nem volt ilyen.

Beautiful rooms with beautiful view (I chose the ocean view), clean with all the necessary amenities. Lovely food at the restaurant at reasonable prices. View from the pool and restaurant is awesome too. Relaxing place. Beautiful quiet beach. Best massage ever at the spa (Thank you Titi!!). What makes a difference is alway the staff. Everyone was very nice. A special Thanks to Ronnie and Nik for being smiling and very proactive in their service. I had a wonderful relaxing stay with unique sunset (wow!!) on the mountain. Go there, you can't regret!

I am very grateful for my stay. The only thing that could be improve is to remove the towels that are not used around the pool so we know which beds are free. Also it was a bit annoying that some people were leaving some stuff on the beds all day even if they were going away just to keep the beds for when they come back hours later. The rules around the pool could be strict. More staff around the pool would be great overall to watch and also for services (more service would make you sell a lot more drinks!) as some clients don't respect the fact that it is a shared place.

All staff is so well trained: smiling, saying hello, helping! Beautiful pool area, delicious food in the restaurant - not overpriced - I was suprised about the prices - they are really down to earth. The location is futher from everything which makes it perfect to enjoy the nature. The hotel is very stylish, comfortable, beautiful greenery all around. The beach is breathtaking, with magic sunsets and sunrises. I can only say it was a perfect stay.

Superbe emplacement, sur une plage quasi déserte, dans le sud. Bonne ambiance, très chill! Piscine et espace plage très agréable. Le restaurant est super. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Le personnel est sympathique, à l'écoute et réactif en cas de besoin. Pas du tout les uns sur les autres. C'était très agréable

Petit problème avec la climatisation sur nos 2 nuits mais un personnel qui a été quand même réactif
