The entire resort it's simply amazing! The food was quite good, the cleaning it's well done, special thanks to Mohamed the boy who cleaned our room and was always asking if need something. From the reception also everybody is very gentle and welcoming, many thanks to Kareem and mohamed hasanien and mahmoud frahat. And a big shout out for the Madina she s definitely the best entreteiner in the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

The animation team it's a bit sad for my standard, not bad but they could put a little more effort. For sure the soul of the team it's Madina, she's a lovely girl with a lot of energy, talking to all the guests making sure everybody is having a good time. Her activities were always full of people and she was making everything really funny.

Posizione perfetta a ridosso della barriera e facile da visitare, possibilità di fare bagno anche a riva. Il resort è composto da tre grandi strutture tutte ben collegate ed usufruibili.

Per il bacino di utenza la palestra come l’area SPA sono limitate. La palestra con pochissimi mq e pochissimi attrezzi ed orari eccessivamente limitati (10-19) orari in cui solitamente si sta in spiaggia, e tra l’altro la palestra si trova all’interno di un salone di bellezza/SPA.

Very well maintained and clean. The buildings, the plants, the trees, are all so beautiful. The sea access and facilities are great. The food is delicious.

We had a triple room, but got a standard room. In my view we had overpaid too. The price for 3 nights around 572 dollar, while we could get 2 standard rooms of at the time for 377 dollar. They wanted to put us in Garden hotel too, cheaper. I mean other hotels even give us room upgrade for free and here we get room downgrades for free. But once we got the standard room, beds were added to fit us well. So thats great. We got a room infront of the night theater show. Great, only to find out later that the theater is not open and other theater in nearby hotel will be used. The animation team are great, but the plan or budget they are given is below expectations. Adults show only half hour. Other resorts do a one hour show. Check in process was not smooth and stressful. They didnt let us play with the acuapark that actually belong to same hotel chain. Even if its their rules, its not a plus point to go here. Also eating at their restaurants was not a flexible choice. Taxi arranging at the end also not good. Not flexible, even after so much overpaid for the room they still wanted to hassle more for everything else. Changing money at the hotel, staff didnt car much if the machine wanted a lower bill, nobody helped us change the 100 dollar bill in a smaller piece so we could change money.
