Everything is children friendly. Lots of activities for the kids. Staff was extremely helpful and polite.

The staff was absolutely helpful in every way and made sure to always check to make sure we had what we needed. Chris was particularly helpful in accommodating our every need.

There was nothing that I can complain about, except the room we stayed in (although perfect in every other way) had a cooked oily smell every morning since the buffet kitchen cooking smell somehow connected to the room, even if we were on the 9th floor...The smell was strong and only went away in the afternoons.

We come to a hotel like this to spend a big time relaxing near the swimming pools. But there are a couple of things that make the pool area not so nice to spend a lot of time in: - Too much noise from the waterfalls, especially from the top swimming pool dropping in the lower swimming pool. And even without the main waterfall there is a lot of water being sprayed in the various pools. - Too much noise from the music installation for the kids activities. - Very unexperienced service around the pool area. For example they were unable to open the beer bottle on three different occasions. - no lounge chairs next to the beach This would be an amazing hotel if the pool experience was more relaxing.
