I stayed at Residency for two nights, the room was in great condition. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Location is really great and most of the restaurants are walking distance from the hotel.

Couple of dust spots here and there which should've been cleaned. The room I booked showed a study/ work desk but the room I stayed did not had the desk. Bathroom needs to be spot cleaned. But overall it was a great room.

Stopped for 4 nights. Staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for you and very polite. Room was spotless, cleaned daily. Amazing breakfast with both continental and Indian options and made fresh everyday, Dosa and Samosas were brilliant. Brilliant location 5 mins from the train station and all the shops/markets.

A good place to stay as a base for exploring Mumbai. Good and sufficient facilities, but I would especially like to emphasize the great staff. Even before our arrival, the communication via booking was fast and efficient. From reception to room cleaning to the cooks and housekeepers, everyone was very courteous and friendly, even when we asked the tenth question. We were also relieved of so much organization at short notice, which was very relaxing and took the pressure off. The recommended tour agency was excellent. The beds are very comfortable. Breakfast with regional and traditional food, some also prepared freshly just for you. You can change money (€) without additional charge.

The rooms could generally be cleaned better, especially the bathroom and the air conditioning. However, it is very good for an Indian room. There is a screw sticking out on the floor in the bathroom. If a guest is careless, this could end painfully. The windows are single glazed and therefore it is noisy at night. There are often problems with the room cards.

I want to thank all of the staff for how they welcomed us and treated us for the few days we spent here. Always helping, always smiling at us and making us laugh. Special mention for Peter! Thanks again to everyone! We will definetely be coming back in the same hotel next time we come to Mumbai! The room we had was always clean, the beds were very comfortable too, coming for work it was perfect to sleep in this suite to have a good night of sleep. Breakfast is always good too and the servers are very nice and friendly!

Cleanliness and polite staff. All the staff was very polite, courteous and helpful. Rajesh, one of the staff helped me out even by going around 100 mtr from the property with my luggage. The hotel was extremely clean. Rooms are small but very neatly managed. Rooms have good bathrooms.

For a while accessibility is a minor issue as some construction work is going on nearby.

It was close to the Marina Drive and staff was super helpful and friendly

Rooms are small. if you travel with luggage you might struggle to move around the room

Cramped room, cramped bathroom. Towel had holes in it. No place to keep bags, had to leave suitcase on the ground. Very small desk, impossible to do any work on laptop if required. Not worth the money at all!

Tariffs are very high even in off-season.

Anazing experience! Service and hospitality was top notch, everyone of the staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us to find best places to shop and eat and also took care of transfers with spacious taxies. Especially we would like to thank Rajesh, Gopal and Peter! You made our stay perfect! Breakfast was very good, they cooked omelets and waffles for you.

the noise was terrible not the fault of the hotel , it’s the building work outside , so if you want to sleep this is not the place to stay .

Staff very nice and courteous and would go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. Location very good, close to shopping precinct and good eating joints all around. Close to train station and Gateway of india.

We stayed in an adjoining part to the main hotel which were poorly maintained. The rooms need serious renovation and the lift is also old fashioned and not kids friendly.
