Piscina, espaço dos quartos, staff simpatico

Li mtos comentários positivos a respeito do café da manhã… particularmente não curti muito. A parte ocidental não tinha pães, ou frios, ou queijo… tem que se virar com ovo. O entorno do hotel não eh mto simpático, poucas opções por perto… sempre tivemos que pegar táxi para ir comer ou visitar as coisas…

The location was fanstastic. Walking distance to Kao San Rd but way enough so that it was quiet. Good views from the top floor and our room looked over the canal. Bed was comfy and the two pools were wonderful after a hot day of seeing the sites.

Breakfast was OK but nothing exciting.

Insonorisation inexistante aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Literie extrêmement dure.

Good location, rooms were clean, good if you need a one night stay before heading to airport.

Could hear everything outside the room from next door to the hallways. Buffet breakfast doesn’t provide bacon.

Very good breakfast buffet menu choices. New menus everyday for our 3 nights stay.

Great Location, Pool at 3rd floor

Our room (6th floor) was very noisy during the nigth with a "motor noise" really tiring (it was not the airco since we tried to turn it off) Rooftop pool was not open

Tienen un chico de noche que no te soluciona los problemas solo se ríe de lo que necesitamos, me recomendó comprar un tour y por temas de vuelo no logré realizarlo. Nadie se hizo responsable para poder recuperar algún porcentaje de lo pagado y perdí prácticamente los 300 dólares. Los ticket se compraron dentro de su hotel y nadie responde aunque avisara con un día de anticipación.

The bathroom was outdated, remote control for air con didn’t work, tv had no volume- unable to adjust. For the amount we paid, the hotel wasn’t worth it, they need to update the interior. The swimming pool directions weren’t clear from staff, we went to level 3 and level 8 as advised only to later find our way to level 3 at the back building- signs would be good. Shower head looked dirty, bench tops didn’t look wiped down.

Great location , hotel is very good for tourists. Two pools and a big enough gym Room was spacious and shower was lovely

Just a note that the cleaning staff broke my gold necklace that was by the sink and also removed and unopened bag of Doritos from our room , that’s the only negative thing about this hotel .

Location - perfect walking distance to Rambuttri/Khaosan Road but far enough that it was quiet and more family oriented. Lots of restaurants on the streets around the hotel, and a great bar just across the road. Staff - very friendly and accommodated an early check in, a few hours after our 7am arrival. Facilities - we particularly liked the pool on floor 3, the floor 8 pool looked nice too but we didn’t use it. Great to have two pools, as the hotel was very busy. Room - the room was really spacious, and the bed was so comfy. Would have happily stayed more than 2 nights. We really loved this hotel for the price point etc and would recommend it to family and friends

The breakfast! - SE Asia buffet breakfasts are often hit or miss, but this buffet seemed like it was more suited to dinner than breakfast. Creamy pumpkin soup and cream chicken pasta at 9am?! They did however have fresh scrambled eggs or omlettes, so we enjoyed them with toast. Tour groups - lots of big tour groups in the hotel. We understand it is the summer holidays, and the groups seemed friendly and courteous, however many times in the day the lobby area was filled with large groups waiting to depart or just arriving.

- The location is close to many activities: a full range of interesting tempels, flower market, floating market, Chinabtown and the river with its khlongs. A nice summary of some nearby "things to do" was described in the hotel info booklet in the room - The people taking care of the luggage, taxi, ... were very helpfull. Good storage of the luggage after check-out. - the beds were comfortable, not as hard as I was reading in the reviews - there was a thin top layer which made it comfortable enough.

- We had 2 rooms next to eacht other (very convenient), but the smell in the rooms was very unpleasant (moldy, unfresh, ...). A reason for us to be glad to leave after 2 nights. - some people at the reception were really more friendly than others.

European breakfast limited. Location a bit far from top attractions. 10 minute walk to pier (taxi boat) . No metro or train station closeby

Good location. Close to Kao San Road and the Grand Palace. Rooftop swimming pool - quiet for being in the heart of Bangkok. Good wifi. Very friendly and service minded staff. Other Belgians in the hotel.

Really nice breakfast, changes everyday, the pools were both so relaxing, especially after a day expoloring in the sun. The staff were always very friendly and helpful.

Not much to complain about, this hotel is very good value for money. Just a short walk/tuk tuk to many attractions and the famous Khosan road.

Both roof pools were perfect, breakfast was great with wide choice of food. Beds were comfortable.

AC unit is a bit noisy but definitely no big deal for us.

Location was okay. Around the hotel there's all kinds of bars and places to eat, I imagine they're there for tourists like us. What we were interested in was going somewhere outside the hotel area. Everything you need is in a walking distance. Taxis can help with larger distances. Next to the hotel was a 7-Eleven to get some good durian chip souvenirs. We were greeted by a welcoming staff that spoke good in english.

We were hoping to chill by the 8'th floor swimming pool at the evening, but turns out there wasn't a bar open there and pool it self was closing at 8 o'clock. We tried the 4'th floor pool as well at the daytime, but there wasn't much protection from the heat of the sun so not much chilling there.

Classic room is dark and has some old stuff. The main problem - I found traces of bed bugs. After reporting this I received delux room, it is really better than classic. Very big difference between these two rooms categories. Breakfast is poor, I ate only fruits. Bed smell in the elevators.
