The pool is huge and I love that. There's enough space to swim around even if it's crowded and they have a seperate kids pool to keep the little ones entertained (the even have a foam machine that goes once a day). My favorite part were the cabanas around the pool that were basically like beds that you could lay on all day. The rooms were solid and kept clean. The shower/bathroom is completely private with no mirrors or curtains. The breakfast buffet is 100 percent western and Chinese except they don't have an egg station to order scrambled or omelets. It also has outdoor seating.

Every time I needed to talk to the front desk they would answer my problem but then raise a whole other problem that I didn't have time to answer. It was so annoying that they couldn't contact the room or answer by wechat. The restaurant was so SLOW, over 25 minutes to get an appetizer but they did compensate. Room service was also inconsistant. I don't speak Chinese and wanted to order the pizza and at first they said ok. 10 minutes later there was a knock on my door and someone who spoke English asked me what I wanted to order wasn't available. I just said forget it. 10 minutes later after I went to the Burger King in the mall below the hotel, they called back and said they DID have a pizza. Not good communication. A couple days later, when ordering room service we ordered a Ceaser Salad for a second time and there was only 2 slices of Chicken on it. We complained and sent it back and they got us a new one.

Hotel close to the airport, breakfast is great and from all is enough from Chinese till western food, all delicious.

It is a very chilled and relaxing hotel close to the beach. They decorated the room and gave a cake for my friends birthday. Staff are very friendly and try their best to help. Breakfast was good with a variety of options.

Excellent hotel with very friendly staff. Nice attention to small details.

The breakfast buffet was lovely with many Western options as well as Chinese. The staff were super friendly and helpful and some of them could communicate in English. The hotel is very close to the beach and it's very easy to get there. There were also some free drinks in the mini bar. There is a nice big supermarket downstairs with a wide variety of snacks and drinks. There are also some restaurants.

The Western Restaurant and one of the swimming pools are closed at the moment. The coffee at breakfast was cold.

It was clean and well furnished. The staff were helpful and very friendly.

The rooms are a little dated, and there is a slight mouldy smell. This is probably because of the proximity to the ocean. The breakfast was chaos with a ton of people and not enough staff or seats. We ended up just grabbing some fruits and heading back out to find breakfast somewhere else.

The area wasn’t one of the nicest in Sanya but the hotel is nice, pool is good, staff were helpful, decent enough breakfast, and good value. Good for families who want a relaxing poolside holiday without paying over the odds.

Area wasn’t the nicest. Sanya Bay is one of the less attractive beaches and also there was some construction in the surroundings.

Great pool, comfortable room and bed with awesome view from the balcony, good service, and nice movie theatre in the plaza underneath with reclining leather chairs! Good buffet BBQ/hotpot at the Western restaurant. 10 minute drive to the airport.

I had the food at the Western restaurant delivered to the pool, and my ham and cheese sandwich was made with fake Chinese style ham. This could be improved given it's a "Western" restaurant. They could also have a more functioning pool bar - if you ask the lifeguards they get someone to bring you a drink from inside the hotel, but no one mans the bar permanently.

Room was excellent and the staff were very friendly and did everything to make our stay comfortable. The pool, restaurants, gym, library, cinema and shops were all good and made the site very accommodating.

The WiFi was terrible in my room, neither of my phones could maintain a constant connection. The staff provided an ethernet cable so that I could use my laptop, and did try to help us with the WiFi issues with our phones. The WiFi seemed to be better in the lower floors of the hotel.

The hotel staff were so polite and friendly and went out of their way to look after us and help us especially Erica the Food and Beverage Manager and Erin. They brought a surprise birthday cake to my room on my birthday and gave us a complimentary breakfast.
