Fresh clean towels, Nice shower pressure, Nice new pair of slippers, Nice view, smooth & quick ride on the elevator, quiet room. The breakfast is superb. If you want to enjoy the best of Japanese breakfast, this Tokyu brand gives you that.

Anyone 6 feet or tall, BE WARNED! Bathroom ceiling is low and the floor is raised. Therefore anyone 6 feet and up will have to be ducking the entire time in the bathroom. Please improve TV channel choices. I couldn't watch CNN. Also the remote control was so weird. I had to choose different set of buttons for a group of channels. Why can't they just make it so that all you have to do is to use the simple channel up and down buttons. I did not like the black round stains on the sink. I thought they were bugs at first. I felt uneasy looking at them the first time I walked into the bathroom. I did not like that they charged me 100 yen for city tax. I wish they would have collected it at the time I booked. Also, as much as the bed was made so beautifully and so fresh looking, I saw a bug (Mole Cricket?) crawl across the bed. I killed it on the bed and it smeared the bottom part of the bed cover. I know they can't help it but I got grossed out. I also don't understand why would a mole cricket be on the 14th floor??? Also, the hotel originally assigned me 13th floor. I asked to have my room changed to a different floor. I am superstitious.

Great staff, clean and tidy rooms and lobby. Many lifts which all came quickly. Extremely convenient to the station (but in general a weird area, would only stay there if you had to be there.) Restaurant was good overall (breakfast scrambled eggs were delicious.) Great fluffy towels.

Lunch buffet was very limited, basically a smaller version of lunch with nothing extra. Wifi was quite poor. Hot drinks--aside from coffee at breakfast--were all in a machine and weren't the best.

The room was clean, convenient location, nice interior.

The breakfast buffet was like an ebola ward. Nonsensical measures like plastic partitions on tables, staff with masks, safety goggles, visors, plastic gloves, guests told to use hand sanitizer, then put on plastic gloves (if hands are sanitized why plastic gloves?? totally illogical), of course the obligatory useless masks. I complained to one waitress and all she could do was laugh at the stupidity of it all. I felt sorry for her, having to work in ridiculous PPE get up to clear tables. The management have lost their minds.

Would definitely recommend staying there. The room was nice, the bathroom quite big and the staff friendly. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, too.

Staff was very friendly and took care with covid prevention. The location is fantastic. We cancelled an out of city trip because of covid and decided to do a one night staycation close to our homes in Osaka. The hotel was perfect for that.

The rooms seemed pretty aged. There was quite a bit of black mold in our room near the windows.

Very good location, 5 min walk from Esaka station. Take JR train from Kansai airport to Tennoji station then take subway Midosuji Line. There is no lift linking JR station to subway, you will need to walk, not fun if you have heavy luggage. Plenty of shops to do shopping/eating. Very comfortable bed/pillows with fluffy blanket. Very service minded room staff although unable to speak English but they do understand my requests and get me power adapters within 3 min. Very clean room and bathroom. Two pairs of slippers are compliments, thanks.

The air cond is set to get min of 20 C but I feel like >26 C which is a bit too warm in Summer. TV are charged even for the local Japanese programs.
