Everything! Mould on the walls, our room wasn’t ready, the sheets had holes in them, the electrical outputs were broken and/or didn’t work, the shower was only a trickle and was scalding hot before becoming cold. And they didn’t provide water or breakfast.

- It’s a heritage property. Like the name says it’s an actual haveli with vibrant paintings.
- Washrooms were extremely clean
- Food was decent
- Location is ideal, right in the middle of the town with easy access (on foot) to view points and nearby market
- Delay in service
- Staff members are either too demotivated to work or lacks traning and enthusiam
- The person at reception seemed to be ‘foreigner friendly’ than “Indian friendly’ for some reason

the perfect opportunity to sleep in one of the most beautiful Haveli of Mandawa !
We got the suite and the little living room was outstanding ! You cannot take off you eyes from all the painting details of the hotel.
The breakfast was one of the best we had during our trip to India !
The staff was so helpful ! Thanks again to all of them.
I highly recommend!

Since the hotel does not have a website here is a description: This hotel was beautifully decorated with a restaurant and more rooms are being renovated. My room was very large with a king sized bed, air conditioned with a refrigerator and a TV. It had a large bathroom but the shower lacked an enclosure. Other rooms had a tub. The only drawbacks were that there was really only one electrical outlet available for my laptop and CPAP next to the bed and there is no elevator (my room was on the ground floor). It is an incredible bargin.

Mandawa is a beautiful and interesting town I’ve been fortunate to visit several times. The last two I stayed at the Radhika. It is a lovely old haveli with unique, comfortable, beautiful, well-appointed rooms. We stayed in a suite, which was spacious and had a separate seating area. The food in the restaurant is prepared fresh and very tasty. However, the standout for the Radhika is the welcoming, polite, attentive staff who will look after your every need. We were especially were especially impressed by Krishna who arranged a private rooftop dinner for us. The views of the town and castle at sunset were gorgeous. The Radhika is an excellent choice if you visit Mandawa and is very good value for money.
Avoid the many touts who congregate in front of the hotel.

Spent 2 days at the facility with my mother who is a senior citizen. We enjoyed our stay. The haveli is well maintained. The biggest plus is the staff who is amazing. They looked after us well. They in fact went out of the way to make sure we were comfortable. The food was really delicious. They helped organise a camel ride for us, upon request. Facility has a power back up. The surprise factor was a local souvenir that they gave us upon check out.
Nothing to list here as we did not have any specific requirements during our stay.

Staff is really kind and nice, always helping in what you need. They invited us to chai tea when arriving. The room was big and spacious. The bathroom also was big enough. The best is that they let us to choose which room we prefered from all they had. We had dinner and breakfast with them at his restaurant and food was tasty and delicious. If you go to this hotel in Mandawa, please ask for Krisnha. He was a nice guy who guided us through the city of Mandawa. He speaks spanish and english.

The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The hotel is beautiful, particularly the internal courtyard with its restored paintings. Breakfast is very generous and there are lots of different things with it. The dinner is also very tasty (if a little oily).
The property isn’t set up to accept international cards, which hopefully will be changed now tourists are starting to return.
There are a few other small things which would make a lot of improvement:
- the towels could be a bit cleaner. Any with stains that can’t be washed out should be thrown away and replaced
- the sheets were clean but had a few small holes in. These should be repaired or replaced
- I didn’t realise the drinking water was not complimentary, and was charged 50 rupees per bottle which is far too much
- the bath should have a shower curtain or a bath mat provided, as the floor was very dangerously slippy when wet
These are all very minor things and didn’t put me off staying, and I enjoyed my 2 nights. But I would like to see the hotel do well and so am making these suggestions.
Also, people should be aware that there is no glass in the windows, and so every sound from the street can be heard.

The beautiful Haveli with its wonderful paintings.
The spacious rooms, the smiling staff, excellent taste of food, everything.
The flush in the toilet needed to be worked repeatedly to ensure the toilet bowl was absolutely flushed.
The speed of water in the cold water tap. It needs to be better.
